Everything went Superbly.

I got a few estimates, and Scott seemed the least "salesman" like, in a good way. The price also seemed reasonable. The work was well done for the most part. There were a few times where I was glad I was watching the work being done and inspecting, but on the whole I would definitely hire again.

Their service was efficient and fast. The work turned out good. I would use them again in the future.

They are the best and his price was too!

Scott (the owner) came to our house and walked us through the various options. He was very frank about the pros and cons of the different products and the cost variables. The crew did excellent work (arrived on time, great clean up) and explained the features of our new windows and door before they left. Will definitely call Scott again when we have another window project.

The company was excellent. Scott, the owner and Max the foreman of the crew were wonderful. Max and the crew were very pleasant, neat, answered all our questions and worked until the job was done. In fact we were amazed in watching them work as they definitely knew what they were doing. We would definitely, without question, have Tri County Windows & Siding again should we need additional work done.

I bought a big deal on Angie's list for Soft-lite windows, and then services were added in the contract. The owner, Scott Maple, was willing to match other quotes to a certain extent. It took a few weeks to get the orders delivered. Once scheduled, everything went according to plan. The windows crew was very efficient and finished all work within 3 hours. The siding and gutters work were great as well, though there was some rain delay and the siding work went into the third day. There were no surprises or add-ons after the contract was signed, except for replacing some rotted plywood sheets as stated in the contract. They give a 5 year labor warranty, and though I had some initial concerns about small companies being able to honor such warranties, I am satisfied with the better price and better quality products and workmanship offered compared to what we can get from the home services divisions of Home Depot or Sears.

I recently purchased a house built in 1790 and was in "as-is" condition. While the previous owner did some renovations (you should see the kitchen!), the windows and trim were HORRIBLE!! The casings could be pulled out; scrap wood was used for trim. The windows themselves were cheap, and they wouldn't stay open by themselves--I had a friend make "window sticks" in various sizes to hold them open! I called Tri County and spoke to the owner, Scott Maple. We walked around the house looking at the windows and he kept shaking his head in wonder...especially after the casing came out in his hand! I knew I needed ALL my windows replaced, but because of time and financial constraints, I wanted to tackle this project in phases; Scott said no problem! I have had phase 1 completed, and I couldn't be happier! I CAN OPEN THE WINDOWS AND THEY STAY OPEN!!! The outside noise is less, and it feels warmer. Phase 2 is coming up the beginning of April. In this phase, 7 windows will be replaced, including a rebuilding of the kitchen window sills, as the countertop extends all the way to the window. Weird, yes, but it will be fixed, and fixed properly. In addition, I am having my frame addition resided, as there is significant water damage to it. I know this will be done as professionally as the windows were. Tri County's employees are artisans! The windows fit beautifully, the custom trim is exquisite, and the guys are neat and tidy, which goes a long way with me. Scott's knowledge of his products is fantastic; he has quite a good eye for color and style. I would definitely use this company again, and recommend it to my friends.

Measurements were accurate. Work completed in less than one day. About two weeks from final measurements to completion of installation. They cleaned up and hauled away old windows. Provided explanations about building codes and the differences between tempered and non-tempered glass.

This was the easiest home repair I have had yet from getting the quote to getting the roof replaced. I had requested 5 estimates all together and not only was this one the most reasonable priced one but I was not trying to be sold items that I did not need, like attic fans and entire roof of plywood needing to be replaced like I was told with a couple other companies. I ended up only needing 5 pieces of plywood replaced. The job was done in one day and looks fantastic. I am a big supporter of small businesses and not only is this one but the owner is a volunteer fireman, how wonderful is that. If you are looking for any home repairs I highly recommend you giving them a chance to give you an estimate....I for one know when I need anything else done I will be calling them...its a nice feeling knowing you are not taken advantage of.

This was one of the best experiences I have had with contractors. Scott, the owner/sales guy/customer service guy was a pleasure to work with from start to finish. I found him to be honest and fair throughout the entire process. I bought some high-end doors so they were pricey but I have learned the hard way that you get what you pay for and there are some things that shouldn't be purchased based on price. I needed a custom slider because the existing one was a non-standard size. Custom door are REALLY expensive, especially the kind I way buying (high end door, integrated blinds). Scott spent a lot of time trying to find a way to get the price down. He suggested that we padd the frame so that it would fit a standard size (only five or six inches narrower). To avoid extensive drywall repair he suggested wide trim. It turned out beautifully and we couldn't be happier! The front door was a standard size and included transom and side lights. There was a slight delay getting the "lights" from the factory so he did our installs on seperate days so we didn't have to wait. . .though it was initially planned for one day. No additional charge. The installers we also very professional and did great work. I think there were different crews each day but the same supervisor. They asked me how things looked along the way, asked for guidance on a couple options related to trim work and finish work and completed the work exactly as I directed. Scott came by during both installs to make sure we were happy. I didn't have any issues at all, but if I did I'm absolutely certain they would have been take care of. I would use Tri County again without question and refer (as I have several times) to family and freinds without hesitation.

We scheduled an in-home appointment with the owner, Scott Maple, for 4 Dec 2015. He arrived on time and after his presentation we signed a contract for our door to be installed within 4-8 weeks. Whereas the price with glass-tinting was 20% higher than I wanted to spend, the product was outstanding and we felt confident the door would perform as we needed. The company contacted us when the door was delivered to schedule an installation date - 15 Jan 2016. It was installed within 2 hours and the six-person crew departed after properly cleaning up to include vacuuming. After everyone left, my wife and I noticed some irregularity in the caulking application and so informed the owner when he called to check on how the installation went. Scott and his chief fix-it person (Max) stopped by that afternoon to examine the caulking and readily agreed to fix it. The caulking was subsequently done to our complete satisfaction. I would most definitely use this company again.

Replaced four windows in my house. Excellent from beginning to end. Cannot express how nice it was to do business with such reputable people. The work was entirely completed within one day.They were efficient, professional and left my property immaculate. I love the windows and would use them again without hesitation.

Amazing. The new Windows have changed the whole room! We were afraid to start the process-have holes cut into the wall and what happens to the siding? Tri-County was a one stop shop for the exact price we were looking to pay. The Windows took half a day to have installed, and it looks like they had always been there, both inside and out. We no longer have a dim dark cave but a light and bright family room! (The cat and dog both love the new Windows as well.)

The materials used were of high quality, matching the exceptional craftsmanship. Not to be overlooked, the cleanup of the construction debris left no evidence a roof replacement had just occurred. Scott offered competitive prices, and patiently explained all of our various options (including strategies for keeping costs down). The installation crew was very nice and thorough. We've been very happy.

Before asking Scott and his team for help, I've already read lots of great reviews on Tri County from Angie's list. And based on my entire experience, I would say I enjoyed the service Tri County provided. After sending my work query on Angie's list, Sott contacted me back within about 15 mins on further information and schedule. Then Scott came to our house in person, explained to us what windows fit best for our house and scheduled the final work date. During that day, his team came on time in the morning, worked in a very efficient and professional way. The team worked in parallel and completed the entire work (about 9 windows)within half day. During that time, all I need to do was to stay at home, doing very minor instructions as needed. And I could totally trust their professionalism and just working on my own stuff at the meanwhile. I absolutely enjoyed the entire process with Tri County Window and Siding and definitely would like to recommend it to others who are looking for reliable windows at a good price and highly professional contractors. Tri County Windows replaced 2 patio doors and six large size windows in my home. They also repaired rotten wood and capped another four windows. Mr. Scott Maple explained my options and price ranges with no sales pressure. He recommended the best windows for my price budget. The replacement job was completed in a very professional manner. The job site was cleaned thoroughly after installation. Later, Scott patiently responded to my e-mails with all the details during tax time an sent me the relevant information to claim credits.

It turned out good. It took them a day to complete the job. It was a good experience. Their quote was better than other quotes that I got. The pricing was good. The installation was fine. I was overall satisfied. I have no issues. They're very good.

We could not be more pleased with Tri-County. Our experience started on a positive note when we called for an appointment to arrange an estimate. The Tri-County rep was friendly and professional. Scott Maple showed up at the agreed upon time. We discussed the renovations and discussed assorted options. Scott listened to what we wanted and provided advice on a wide-variety of available options. He did not push expensive upgrades. Actually, there were certain upgrades that he recommended we not select. It was obvious from this initial meeting that Scott has a lot of experience in this business. He knew his product lines and fully understood the actual installation process (he wasn't just a "salesman" but someone who knew the entire process). The same could not be said for some of the other companies we called. The four separate projects were completed on four separate days. Each time, the crews showed up on time, worked efficiently and cleaned up afterward. The workmanship was fantastic. In terms of quality of work, perhaps one of the best I've ever had at my current house. Throughout the entire process, from getting an estimate to completion of the project, Tri-County was very responsive and active. Calls and emails were returned immediately. Every question was answered. Tri-County's prices were very competitive. Some contractors came in with really high prices but negotiated down significantly. Others offered slightly lower prices at the outset but the estimate process did not go well (late arrival, delayed return calls, etc.). Scott hit it out of the park from the beginning and instilled a lot of confidence. The final results validated our confidence in Tri-County.

There was absolutely no disruption during the installation and the two ProVia steel doors are very attractive. We are also pleased that we selected the internal blinds which have proved to be very useful and nice looking. We initially thought we didn't want to invest in them, but are thankful we did. I would also like to say to good word for Tri Country Windows and Siding customer service. Their patience and help in answering all my questions during and after the installation has been greatly appreciated. They take pride in their work and go beyond the norm to ensure the customer is completely satisfied. We have lived in the Ashburn VA area over 25 years and this was one of the few companies that we have dealt with that was extremely knowledgable, highly skilled and made us feel like you were dealing with an honest group of professionals. We will definitely use Tri Country again for any future doors or windows and will gladly recommend them to family and friends.

The box window in the front of my house had wood damage (rot) and badly needed some paint I am in a townhouse so the window is high and not a project I wanted to take on. Frankly I was tired of having that window painted and wood replaced every 3 years so decided to ask around about options I may have to rid myself of this annoyance. My neighbor had suggested that I call Tri County Windows and Siding and ask to speak to Scott (owner). So I did. Patricia, I believe answered the phone and set up a time with me that Scott could come out and take a look. He showed up exactly when he said he would, looked at what I needed done and then took the time to explain to me this wrapping with Mastic so I would never have to deal with wood rot and paint again. He was very professional, knowledgeable and extremely patient with me in answering all my questions. After our conversation, I had asked Scott to please work up an estimate for me. He emailed me an estimate the very next day including options. I agreed to the estimate and scheduled the work with Tri Couonty Windows. I was concerned that I may not be home the day the work was going to be done (travel alot) and he said it would not be a problem all the work was outside and I did not need to be there. I was out of town when I got an email saying when the work would be done got home the next day and when I pulled into my driveway I was more then impressed. My trim looked fabulous. Scott was able to match the paint perfectly to the rest of my trim on my home and the installation was flawless. Another bonus, his crew. They left my driveway, yard, sidewalk, meticulous. They took very good care of my home even tho I was not there to observe. Every once in a while we get lucky the first time when searching for someone to come to our homes and do good work and treat it as if it were their own...this is my once in a while, Tri County Windows is a top notch company from People to Product. I am having them do my window replacement in the future. I believe Scott Maple has pride in his company and it shows in his work not to mention his integrity...He does exactly what he tells you he is going to do. Tri County Windows and Siding is top of the line in all areas! Scott Maple, the owner, responded to our inquiry call the same day and an appointment was scheduled for that week. He was extremely knowledgeable about windows and gave us all the replacement options. The windows are Soft-Lite Pro. His approach is cost conscious and not high pressure. He even recommended that certain windows in our home did not need to be replaced. The materials were ordered promptly and installation was right on schedule. A large and excellent work crew replaced all our 30 windows in one day. Clean-up was meticulous and we were kept well informed during every step of the installation process. Our windows are beautiful and the difference in the noise we can hear in the house is amazing. Our friends pulled right up in our driveway on their huge Harley Davidson and we never even knew they were there until they rang our bell! We couldn’t have asked for more. We would highly recommend Tri-County Windows and Siding and we plan to contact them for future projects.

They answered the phone and came out the next day for the estimate. The owner called on his way and was prompt. He was very careful and neat when entering my home. He looked at the work that needed to be done and offered 2 different solution options. I'm selling my home in a few months so I didn't want to spend an arm and a leg so he offered some choices that met the structural integrity for the windows but didn't break the bank. I really like it when I am not being "sold to" and his approach was more consultative. I had heard good things about the integrity of the owner. I was referred by my neighbor. They had wind damage and lost all their siding. Their homeowners insurance denied the claim and Scott, the owner took the time to call my neighbors insurance company, explain in detail the issue with the siding and got the project covered. My neighbor was so relieved. I have an appointment scheduled for service next week and will update this review after the project is completed.
