Great they've kept it working.

Perfectly. Carlos R came out on Sunday New Year's Eve, an hour after I called and got us back up and running. He was professional, courteous, and showed his expertise with heaters. He explained everything that he had to do and got it done.

They only charged us for the part, since we have a contract. Only one guy came out and he cleaned up after himself.

I have a contract and it's charged for the year, I don't remember the price.

They've serviced it for years. Well I've used them for years so I'd give them a top grade. They have a very small company, it's the same person that comes every time. On price, To me it's fair the price is right and they don't have to do anything except routine so I know what I'm paying. On quality, Its excellent or I wouldn't of had them back for the last 10 years. On responsiveness, It's excellent. They have had the same people for years, so they know what they're doing. After I've I told you, I would certainly recommend them. It's a small office, maybe it's just by chance but whoever comes is good. They're not in the learning stage. If you want they will talk to you, but most service people don't like to be bothered with.

Called. Made appointment. Tech came at prescribed time. Serviced unit. Flushed drain line. Tested unit. Have used for annual A/C and furnace checks, plus repairs as needed for years. Very satisfied.

They are excellent! Better than a lot of places at sizing and recommending what to do. Family owned business passed down from father to son.

Excellent Service

We experienced a similar problem with lack of heat in early December, as we had the previous January (2016). They responded within 24 hours of the call, performed initially troubleshooting and ordered the diagnosed part. The part came in over the weekend and they came back, installed the part on Monday, and the system seemed to be operating. Our tenants called that evening that it was still not heating properly. The Tom Muse technician responded the next day, and, with a slight adjustment, the Gas Heating System was restored to full operation; it remained so ever since. They were timely, in open communications with me on the diagnosis, and actions, as well as with the Tenant. While I wish they could have nailed it the first time....they were transparent, responsive and communicative. I would, will use them again

They have always been adequate for whatever I needed.

He did a very thorough job every year and that's why the service is in such good shape, he said it's up to me to decide whether I want it, he said there is nothing wrong with it, it's just supposedly it's gas it shouldn't be a new furnace in there. I think I called one time on a Sunday and my call was returned believe it are not and he came as my first patient on Monday morning because something went wrong, yeah very good.

I called Tom Muse to come to my home to check out a small leak that was coming out of the drain valve at the bottom of the water heater. The Muse representative quickly noted that the leak was not indicative of any malfunction of the water heater. Rather, all that was needed was to place a 3/4" cap on the end of the pipe which would stop the leak and the water would remain in the water heater tank. Otherwise, according to the representative, the water heater has a couple of years of good service left. (I have had no problem with getting enough hot water.) When I asked the representative whether he had the cap on his truck, he said he did not. He, instead told me to go to Home Depot to get this small part!!! That tells me that, rather than pay $85 and stay home waiting for the representative, I should have gone either to Lowes or Home Depot in the first place and spoken to someone in the plumbing department who would have told everything I needed to know for the price of a nylon cap. Please don't tell me that you don't carry a common small part with you on the LARGE truck that you came in and then charge me $85.00. I don?t mind paying for the time and expertise of the representative and for the Muse organization generally. But it is disappointing for the representative to come here, spend 10-15 minutes, identify the problem and prescribe the appropriate quick fix but not be able to implement the quick fix. The reason I wrote this review is that I paid good money to identify a problem but the problem was left unresolved when the representative departed leaving me to expend more time and trouble to shop for and later install the necessary part. I would like to add it was a RHEEM Water Heater and not some uncommon kind. One more thing: I asked the representative whether the $85 charge would be credited to the installation of a new water heater when the time came. He said, no it would not. Although it is worth mentioning that the last representative that did service my home from Tom Muse a couple of years ago did an excellent job!

They are wonderful. I have used them for 25+ years. Very honest, reliable and a family feel to them. My Mom used them too. They know me by name!

They have been very good, we go to them regularly for our heating and air conditioning service. They show some pretty good insights in some of the problems. We had one problem; something was dripping from the upstairs unit during the air conditioning season and the fellow who came out showed us how to clear the line, basically how to save us ourselves the service call in the future so that was very helpful. Again i found them very knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly.

It went well. He discovered that the previous technician was incorrect in his diagnosis of the problem. Indicated other issues that might be happening as well. Took the time to carefully to explain everything in detail.

We called them for an estimate to replace our two furnaces and air conditioners. We were very impressed that in five minutes they were able to fix the problem with our furnace that our regular company could not fix, the primary reason we were looking for an estimate. However, their estimate came in on the higher end of the companies. We would recommend this company to call when a repair is needed. They seemed very expert.

They was very response to the service and worked day and night. The came back for follow up the next day. They were out of their way for the service. The man that came was very friendly and great in service.

Ferdie has been my Muse service technician for a number of years and he has always performed an excellent inspection and or repair. He is very thorough, professional and courteous. Takes the time to explain any work in detail.

They came out very quickly. Something they made another part go bad and they came out and replaced that. It was a little more expensive than we wanted. We were happy with their serviced and thrilled with their availability.

They were perfectly fine, perhaps a little expensive. They were certainly prompt. I just found another company that could do our service a little more quickly. Tom Muse usually takes 2-3 weeks to come out for semi annual maintenance. The quality of the work was fine, once they had detected something that had burned out in the unit they let me know and replaced it quickly.

Nothing further to report. We called they came, etc.

Following repair on 9 August, system failed again. Inspection, according to Muse, revealed damage to coil, from freezing, which was beyond repair. Replaced and coil and again refrigerant.

Called Muse after another company said I needed a whole new system - Muse identified problem and repaired it.

Just as the temperature soared into the upper 90s in early June, our 11 year old 4 ton air conditioner stopped cooling on the weekend. On Monday morning, all A/C companies we called said that same day service was impossible but later in the week or next week could be done. Muse took our information and said they'd call back in about a week. However, in late afternoon they said they had a tech nearby and we said come right over. Technician John arrived and checked the system for electrical connection, compressor operation and refrigerant leaking. He diagnosed a leak, found the source and recharged the system. He was courteous, efficient and it turned out that we had a common interest in a local aquarium keepers club. It was pricey but the refrigerant cost $26/lb and we need 11 lbs.

They are not the cheapest company, but they do a good job and my mom used to use him so it's kind of a family thing. The work he performs is not great, but it's satisfactory. I pay a fee for each visit.
