Great - Cory was very responsive and provided a quote over the weekend, before any other contractor, and was very competitive on price. The quote had 6 different options for brand and model of replacement units and accessories. After deciding on the option, they worked with me on scheduling the work and were able to install the new unit that week. After installation the team walked me through the operation and care of the new unit, accessories, and the wifi thermostat (very cool!), and registered the unit for me so that I got an additional 5 years on the warranty. SCS did an outstanding job and I can't recommend them highly enough!

Cory and his crew were great. The techs Jesse and Robert arrived on time at 9 AM. They were polite, friendly and professional. The new furnace and AC were installed the same day. There were no surprises. The techs answered all questions. The new furnace is VERY quiet. They cleaned up and carted away the old furnace and AC. I'm very happy with SCS.

when we called him and told him about the issue he came out the very next day and fixed it, admitted a mistake (which I respect!) and fixed it with no charge. We all make mistakes but they stood behind their product and fixed it. Happy with them

Guys did an excellent job. Were on time. Finished the work quickly and cleaned up the place after their work. The only issue I have is that the offer stated that the water heater had a 10 year warranty, but the installed heater only shows 6 years. There is a discrepancy between what was stated in the offer and what got installed. Luckily we enquired in advance, and it wasnt a complete surprise.

The guys were great. On time and quick with their work. It all started just before July 3rd. Came out of the bedroom to find water on the floor from the old unit. I called My condo folks and they came to shop vac the floor, but couldn't do anything about the leak. Went to Angie's List and found SCS close to the top of the list. Called thinking there is no way they'd be able to see me the day before a holiday, but the guys said, sure, I think we can come check it out at about 12:30. And so they did. They were able to stop the leaking so my floors weren't ruined, I still had A/C, and we made an appointment for them to come back the 6h to install a new unit. They did a great job on the install. Work was neat and clean too. I would highly recommend them. I'm only sorry it took me so long to get this review submitted. Thanks SCS Heating & Air Conditioning!

Replaced entire unit AC and Heat. Added duct work and new filtration system. Also a new air purifier light was installed

A+ Price for work was best around. Service was prompt and they worked with me to find a time that worked for everyone. No one tried to sell me things I didn't need which is unusual. I would absolutely hire them again.

Fine! The one in the deal wasn’t big enough for my house, so I had to spend another $700, I think to get a bigger one. They did a good job. It took about 3 hours. Cleaned up very well after installation.

They were on time, professional. Got it done. Didn't leave a mess. Responded quickly to questions I asked after they installed it. The only complaint I have is the actual humidifier didn't seem to meet my expectations. So I think a brief discussion about what the humidifier that was chosen would do and how it would work would have been good. I think I would have upgraded to a better one and paid more than what the deal offered. It's fine and it works, I just have a house full of people with allergies and dry air makes them worse. AKA makes my hubby snore which isn't great for my sleep.

It went great. Cory gave me an estimate very quickly and was able to schedule the job days later at my convenience. He arrived with a technician at the agreed time with all the materials and did the installation efficiently, answering all my questions along the way.

I cannot say enough good things about SCS. Cory and Jesse were friendly and professional and did a fantastic job with an AC unit replacement for me. They squeezed us in during the first heat wave of the summer to boot!

After buying our house, we realized we had flooding issues in our basement and needed to do some landscaping to fix the issue. The landscapers requested we move the AC unit so they could build a platform to put it on, so that the land could be raised around it. What seemed like a simple job, was much more complicated than I thought. SCS was able to give me an affordable quote for the job, walked me through the process, and even took the extra mile to ensure the unit was cleaned out and working properly once it was reinstalled. The team was extremely friendly, efficient, and easy to work with. Highly recommend for anyone needing AC repair!

I have nothing but good things to say about SCS. I've used them for the past 14 yrs and will continue to use them. It is a family owned business and Eric has come out until two years ago, when his son started working for him. Cory has done a great job and is as professional and is as great as his dad to work with. Beth is always helpful when I call to try to schedule my regular maintenance calls as soon as possible. I leave an admit slip in my management office and they go in while I'm at work. I would never know they were there except for my receipt.

They were great. The technician was timely and very nice--even to my hyper dog. He answered all of my questions and even gave my air conditioner a quick look while he was there. I would definitely hire them again.

I was watching my 6 month old great-grandson over the weekend, and when hot weather hit the area, I turned my air conditioning on to keep the house cool and comfortable. It was a Saturday morning when the a/c kicked on, and already very hot and humid outside. As the morning progressed and day got hotter, I realized that the house was getting warmer and warmer. When I was able to get my great-grandson down for his nap, I went to the thermostat and saw that the inside temp was 82 degrees. When I looked out the back window down onto my air conditioning unit, I saw that it was not running, which was extremely alarming, given that it was already close to 90 degrees outside and the air had been on for hours. Fearing that the air conditioning was rendered inoperable, and the indoor temperatures were most likely going to keep going up, I made a call to SCS Heating and A/C. I assumed that my chances of being able to schedule a service call on a very hot Saturday morning were going to be very slim. I was pleasantly surprised to immediately get a technician named Cory on the phone, and spent a few minutes explaining my situation. In less than an hour, Cory was ringing my doorbell, ready to try and alleviate the problem. He came in and explained to me that I had a defective capacitor. After explaining to me what the function of the capacitor was, and the price to install a new one, my unit was back up and running within 10 minutes. He stayed a few extra minutes to make sure that the house was in fact starting to cool down. Once he was satisfied that the house would continue to cool down, he emailed me the invoice before leaving, and was off to his next call. He urged me to contact him immediately if anything stopped working appropriately, or if I had any other questions. I would absolutely recommend (and have on many occasion!) SCS Heating and Air Conditioning.

My father was totally without heat. It went excellent. He's superb. I left a message on the weekend and received a call back within two hours. They came the next morning. They are extremely knowledgeable, experienced, cordial, helpful and friendly. He does not do work that doesn't need to be done. He is honest and reliable.
