Ali was extremely responsive and professional, and fairly priced. He was able to finish my kitchen backsplash within days of calling him. He responded extremely promptly to my messages and showed up exactly when he said he would. The job ended up being more complicated than we expected but he did it extremely well and still finished early. We were originally a little nervous about calling since he didn’t have a website but we were ultimately really glad we did.

Ali did an excellent, professional job. He is extremely experienced and knowledgeable and his workmanship is outstanding. He wants you to be completely happy with the outcome and actively works to make sure that happens. He makes very good suggestions that are very helpful but allows the customer to make the decision.

Ali did an excellent job renovating our small bathroom, particularly the tile work. He worked every day on our project until it was complete, and did not take another job until our bathroom was done. He is detail oriented, and so nice and trustworthy as well.

Ali did a terrific job on our backsplash! He was prompt in providing an estimate, and excellent with his communication. He completed the work on time, and the backsplash is a beautiful addition to our kitchen renovation. We highly recommend S&S Tile and Marble!

Ali did a wonderful job replacing our kitchen backsplash. I didn't know what tile to pick, and he helped me make a decision by offering a suggestion. I took his suggestion, and everyone comments on our lovely tile. Ali is very precise with his work, and he is very neat and tidy while working. He is a consummate professional, and an all round nice guy. We were extremely pleased with his work, and we enjoyed his company. If I ever need tile work done again, I will definitely call Ali!

It went very smoothly from start to finish. S and S Tile is a very professional business and when I explained the need for quick and proper installation of safety bars so my mother could return home, they were more than willing to take care of us immediately. We would definitely call them again when the need arises. Very dependable and honest!!

Ali was incredible. He was professional and the most detail oriented contractor I have ever worked with. Everything had to be perfect before he would move on. This not only applied to his work but to every subcontractor he used for the bathroom remodeling. Ali was punctual and very friendly. He made suggestions but was not pushy with his opinion. Once I was unhappy with a decision I made and Ali tore out the whole section of tile and redid it in a much better way. He was always adamant that the only thing that mattered to him was that I was happy with the work and the final project. I cannot recommend Ali with S&S tile high enough. Best contractor I have used for home projects.

It went great. From the first contact, Ali was a complete professional. He promptly came to my house to give an estimate, when other contractors asked me to send a photo and gave quotes site-unseen. The estimate was reasonable relative to the others I got - not the highest, not the lowest. Her picked up the tiles and grout that we had ordered and brought his own supplies (caulk, spacers). He showed up on time, most importantly, did a great job. The backsplash looks great. A pleasure to work with, and I would not hesitate to hire him again.

Ali did a beautiful job installing the marble tile backsplash in our kitchen. We wanted a subway tile look using a tile not readily found in precut strips. He made recommendations in cutting the 12 x 12” tiles into wider strips which looked great when completed. We discussed job expectations, material selections, grout options, etc. His recommendations were the right choices. The tile had also been discontinued so Ali was very careful to assure that the best combination of pieces were used to complete the job and still have spare tile. Excellent workmanship, very courteous, he starts and finishes the job on schedule and is punctual everyday. He does a follow-up visit very promptly when needed and will accommodate your preferences. As a retired architect, he met my expectations of accomplishing a quality installation. I highly recommend Ali for tile installations and I would hire him again for future work.

The tile installer was courteous and professional. He made an appointment considering my availability, and he arrived on time, let me know exactly what he was going to do and how long it would take. He worked carefully to minimize the mess, and finished on time and within budget. The installation of the tile was flawless and done with a craftsman's painstaking attention to detail.
