PERSEPOLIS ORIENTAL RUG

We bought four gorgeous Persian rugs (2 new and 2 antique) from Hossein and Santiago. They were so gracious and accommodating throughout the transaction, ensuring we found rugs that we loved and were perfect in our home! They came and installed the rugs with the pads -- ensuring the fit was excellent, as well as the colors, etc. Hossein negotiated with us on the cost and we are very happy with the price of our rugs. I highly recommend PERSEPOLIS ORIENTAL RUG – you cannot go wrong with them!

I came home a few weeks ago to find my puppy had ruthlessly and thoroughly chewed an entire side of the landing section of a beautiful, complex-patterned stair runner. I was devastated (the runner was only 9 months old and had taken me some time to find). The entire edge, and about 3" into the weave itself were GONE for a length of about 3 feet. I was ready to toss it and begin the process of trying to find something comparable, but I thought, "let's see if I can find somebody who might at least be able to bind the edge of what's left", fully expecting to lose at least 3-4" off the right side. I researched one of the big companies that advertises a lot, and found their ratings were pretty bad, and in speaking with them I expected the repair (and 'required' cleaning) to cost more than the runner's purchase price! I looked up some other companies on Angie's list, and came across Persepolis...ratings were excellent, so I gave them a call. I spoke with Santiago and explained my problem. He said he could surely repair it..."bring it in!"...so I did. He looked at the chewed area and told me he could reweave the missing section and bind it, having it back to new appearance in about a week. I thought it was too good to be true, so I said, "OK, how much?" He quoted me $95.00...I nearly fell off my chair. "OK!", I said, "do it!" Well, they called less than a week later telling me it was done and looked great. I arrived that day, and Santiago unrolled it, and once again I nearly fell down!......I COULD NOT TELL WHERE THE REPAIR HAD BEEN MADE! It was BEAUTIFUL!!! I raved to Mr. Nilforoush (the owner, and a gracious gentleman) about Santiago's work. They were absolutely wonderful to work with; AND while I was there I looked around at the unreal selection of BEAUTIFUL rugs....I was in a designer's Disneyland! I will return when we've hardwooded our upstairs and purchase my rugs from them. I cannot say enough good about this company and the people who work there. Skip the high-priced, big-advertiser, and check out this gem of a company on Tyco Road.....you WILL NOT be sorry.
