(removed member name), The deal was very clear. It says $399.00 for 200 SF and extra square foot will be calculated more than $2.00 /SF. The deal says that $399.00 is a half a price. Obviously extra square footage must be $4.00 or any other prices both sides agreed upon. You bought $399.00 deal from Angie's list and for the rest you need to make an agreement. It is very simple and everything is clear. I know that when I talked to you on phone you were in a business trip .If you had more time to read the deal carefully you were not judging this way. You said you will buy wood for your garage with $4.00 /SF from Costco. Wood is not a proper material for covering garage floor. Epoxy coating has been recommended as a coating for garage because it is durable against chemicals and oils and with the top coating of polyurethane more than those mentioned properties it will be resistant against compact, abrasion and hot tire. Therefore using epoxy on a garage floor does not mean it is a cheap material to be compared with wood or any other fancy material but it shows that any material has its own special function. The other point is that sometimes people compare the home depot epoxies and the wall painter prices with professional resinous coating companies. I am encountering lots of jobs that customers just for saving money have hired unprofessional people and after less than six month the floor has peeled. They not only can not find the installers but also they do not like to rehire them. Home depot and Lowes and all other public companies are selling the very old formula epoxies . The only property they have is that they are cheap and you will have your garage beautiful for couple of month and more than that your garage wall painters as they know you need epoxy floor will give you $200-300 price and when they went out neither you will looking for them nor they will call you to see what happened to their job. I wish before scoring me you were asking me. Thank you
