Description of Work: Luis refinished our stairway and added new railings. He did a great job, was punctual, honest and didn't try to rush through it even though it was a small job. He also came back this month (Dec) to fix our railing. It had fallen because of some low quality brackets that I had purchased. He came immediately, fixed it at no cost and was great to work with. I would definitely recommend him for any job. Integrity is important in this business and he has it.

Description of Work: This company was a recommendation from a friend. Naula showed up on time for the measurements. From that point forward everything was handeled via email. My follow-up emails were not answered quickly. I finally accepted his proposal and only needed to see a sample of the wood before he started. He stood me up one day which was a waste of my time. I asked if he would just drop the wood off. He never did. The time between the first appt. and him not showing up with the sample was over a month. So I decided to go with someone else. Naula seemed too busy with other clients and projects to take on my project. I need someone more responsive. I have heard he's a good provider, but this time it didn't work out.

Description of Work: They sanded the living room, dining room, hallway and foyer. They refinished it the way I asked for.The living room and dining room are gorgeous. The hallway and entrance way are parquet and it seems a little streaked if you look closely. I did not call them back because it it satisfactory. They were very neat and cleaned up well but I still had to do touch ups in other rooms from dust that traveled during the sanding process.
