Hamid and his team were very professional, knowledgeable, respectful, neat, pleasant, arrived on time and did what they said they would do. Hamid was very good at communicating what was going to be done each day and was always very good about getting back to us with questions we had. I made some minor changes along the way and Hamid made them happen. I would recommend Hamid and his crew to anyone that needs a bathroom remodeling. We are extremely happy customers.

In the end it was a good job. It took longer than promised, which I expected but partly because they didn't order the shower door correctly and because they mis-measured the sink/counter space. But they worked to remedy all issues and were polite to work with.

We were very disappointed with the work they did on our kitchen remodel. The project was supposed to go 2-3 weeks but went 6 weeks instead(and the final product had many errors that weren't completed). The co-owners of the company, Hasan Hiraoglu and Ahmet Yildiz, did a poor job of planning and estimating effectively. I had to constantly ask questions for project items to be completed and serve as the project manager. It was not an enjoyable experience dealing with their poor customer service and lack of initiative. Most days their project team either didn't come over despite promising to, or they came after normal working hours because they had moved on to another project. I have time-stamps of entry/exits from our home's security system and many days they never came to work on the project and if they did come over, they often would only work 10am-2pm. I would not use them again or recommend them to anyone else.

We found out about this contractor through Ikea and thought they must have some credibility. They started off nice but the relationship quickly deteriorated. The contractor accused me of directing his installer to do something he shouldn't have which would've been impossible since they barely spoke any english. Later they tried to tack on all these extra charges that weren't even in the contract. I paid diligently every step of the way as specified in the contract but refused to pay for work they didn't complete or for charges that I didn't agree to in the contract. They dragged me through court looking for their money and didn't even care about finishing the job. Out of all the terrible ways I could imagine hiring a contractor would go, what happened in reality was by far the worst of them all.

They seemed very knowledgeable, returned my calls promptly and were punctual. I would have hired them had their contract not required the majority of the money before the work started. I can understand a small down payment, but I had purchased all the cabinets, so they really didn't have any significant overhead. To give them the benefit of the doubt, I would imagine that this policy was created because they have been stiffed by customers who did not pay after the work was done. I can appreciate their position if that is the case. From their reviews on Angie's, they do good work. However, I can't imagine paying more than 25-30% max upfront. On a positive note, they did seem to know IKEA kitchens very well.

Said and Hamid were on time, professional, and easy to work with. They stuck to their schedule and finished in three days as promised. We were really happy with the quality of their work.

These guys are great to work with, easy going, efficient, quick and reasonable.
