It was great - Len and his staff were so helpful and accommodating! They have a big room filled with fabric samples and they let us spend hours up there choosing a fabric and offered guidance on durability and cost. They got our whole project done in just under 2 weeks in time for a party we were having and they were so nice and friendly and professional! I highly recommend them.

I went to McKenney Interiors and dropped off two projects. The proprietor refused to give me a receipt and would not provide a projected completion date for the projects. A month and a half later, I called him and was told that he had not had time to begin the projects but he would complete them in a week and a half and would call me then. Two weeks later, when I called again to find out the status, he proceeded -- in an unprofessional, rude manner -- to explain that he still had not had time to work on the projects and, if I did not like that, I could come to his shop to retrieve them. The next day, in disgust at the total lack of customer service, I picked up my property. I now will search elsewhere to have this work done. He wasted my time.

Dresser was picked up in June, with no indication that the job would be lengthy. I called the end of July; not ready. I called the middle of August after we returned from vacation; still not ready. A week later I called and asked if it would be possible to have the dresser delivered by August 29, as we were having out-of-town guests, and was told it would be. The dresser was not delivered nor did Mr. McKenney call to explain the delay. Finally, after several more calls, the dresser was promised for and actually delivered on September 19. The good news is that the work was beautiful - really first rate, and that the bill was somewhat reduced due to the delay.
