He was right on time, worked hard and expertly, explained what he was doing, and made important improvements in addition to simply fixing the problem.

Our 7-year-old dishwasher displayed a strange code and instead of completing an entire dishwashing cycle in a timely fashion stayed on for several hours without completing the cycle. We had to drain the machine and cancel the operation. We then called Master Appliance Repair and left a message Wednesday evening. Paul called back the next morning and scheduled us for an appointment the following morning. After asking us a few questions, he was able to diagnose the problem and identify the needed part. He arrived just about on time despite snowy road conditions and replaced the control panel within a few minutes, which fixed the problem. He showed us the burnt out node on the old control panel (which we got to keep), and the dishwasher has been working fine ever since.

He came out but did not hear the noise but did feel how war. He thought it was the seal around the door, which had come out of its track. He put the seal back and then fixed the ice maker. It came to around $165 and he thought it should have fixed the problem. However, the fridge was not getting any cooler, and he could not come back out for another week. When he did come back he re-diagnosed the problem as being the compressor. I did not have to pay for the second visit, but I had to replace the refrigerator. I liked him and felt that he was professional, but I would have preferred if he had more accurately diagnosed the problem. I was extremely disappointed that I had put $165 into repairing the unit which had to be replaced anyway. I was also disappointed that it took him a week to come back out, as we were completely without a refrigerator until we got the new one. I can see why people would like him and want to use him, but I would only use him again if he could respond more quickly. I chalk it up to a life experience, and he did what he though was best at the time. I was disappointed in the diagnostic portion, but he was a very nice person and I did like him and would hope he is more responsive in the future.

Paul was very nice, polite, etc. He came by, diagnosed the problem, checked that he did not already have the part in his truck, ordered the part, came back within 24 hours with the new part in hand, and installed it.

He was helpful and described what needed to be done and alternatives to the service he performed.

They did a great job and I was happy with them. They called me back right away and came the next day and fixed it. They were professional, courteous, and polite.

Called Master Appliance and spoke directly to the owner. I described the problem and he was able to diagnose it over the phone. When he came, he was polite and explained the problem in layman terms for me.

Mr. Mills came to the house on short notice. He knew how to get sufficient leverage to loosen the connections. He installed the new hose and tested it to make sure there were no leaks. He was efficient and pleasant.

Paul came on short notice, worked efficiently, seemed highly knowledgeable, and was exceptionally pleasant to work with. Pricing was fair and reasonable. We highly recommend him and would absolutely call his firm first for future major appliance services.
