She was extremely responsive and very efficient during the offer process. With such a competitive market, it is crucial to be able to submit offers almost immediately, and Juli put together all of the paperwork within the same night. It really was a pleasure working with her and her team, and she had great recommendations throughout the process as well, such as finding a great lender to work with too.

+ -1 moreI would recommend Juli Clifford to anyone buying or selling a home. Juli patiently and expertly helped me navigate through the confusing world of making a first-time home purchase. I never had any doubt that she was sincerely and honestly committed to helping me make the best decisions for me, even if it meant less reward for her. Together, we looked at about twenty houses. While Juli was careful to never try to influence me, she often pointed out potential issues that I was too inexperienced to notice. When we finally found what seemed like a perfect house, a few problems became apparent at the inspection. Juli led me through the process of negotiating the repairs with the owner, and I was able to take possession of the home within four weeks of making an offer. I hope to be in my new home for many years, but I also look forward to working with her again, when it’s finally time to sell.

After we had a sit-down session with her so she could get an idea of what we were looking for in a home, we were extremely fortunate to find the house of our dreams the very next day! We contacted Juli right away, she contacted the seller's realtor, and got the ball rolling. And the ball rolled fast! She facilitated the negotation of the contract, the inspection of the house, and the closing. It all happened in one month's time. Even now, weeks after the closing, Juli has still made herself accessible to answer any questions we have about the house (i.e. setting up utilities). Our experience with her was very positive, and we would recommend her to future home-buyers.

She considered what others in the process would need and spent a significant amount of time researching and documenting information to make things go smoothly. For example, when a property line issue had to be resolved, Juli worked with attorneys at Keller Williams and attorneys for the adjacent property, to reach resolution. She spent many hours on the phone to reach a solution befor settlement. I could count on Juli to do whatever it took to calmly and professionally handle things from beginning to end.

She stayed on top of all activities during the process of selling my home by making numerous calls, sending email, staging the property, following up often, and documenting all events.
