Description of Work: Had them come to work out the connection between Xbox live and our router. I just couldn't make it work. They did. Then had them check out 3 computers just to do an safety/spam/virus check, clean out the registry and do a general check up. They found one virus which they cleaned. Most importantly everything was explained in the type of English this non-geek guy could understand.
