She put up with us and our dilly-dallying for a couple of years, while we waffled about selling...showed our home to people even when it wasn't listed...showed and emailed us NUMEROUS houses to rent...assisted us with a separate rental issue when she had no obligation to do so...and held an amazing open house which helped sell our condo in less than a week. She did not disappoint. She has a great personality, is friendly and extremely helpful, very professional. But most of all, Ginger goes above and beyond, doesn't beat around the bush and tells it like it is. She knows her stuff - especially keeps up on the real estate laws, and if she's not sure about something, she'll make sure she learns about it. We're gearing up for using her when we buy again.
Description of Work: We used Ginger to obtain a rental unit and sell our condominium. For the rental, she sent us many listings online and showed us many homes over the course of close to two years. As we didn't HAVE to move (but we did outgrow our condo), we took our time time finding a place to rent that was as suitable and in as good a condition as our current home and wouldn't cost more than our mortgage did. She helped us with the application process for a couple of houses and found us our current home when a previous place we found became unavailable. The replacement condo she found is as close to perfect as it could be. For the sale of our condo, she prepared an informative listing online and minimally staged our condo and it looked fabulous. I almost didn't recognize the place where I'd lived for 5 1/2 years! She held a very successful open house that resulted in several offers within a few days. The closing of the sale was set for a week when we were going to be out of town, so Ginger had to deal with the closing TWICE - once for us, and once for the purchaser.

+ -1 moreMs. Harden was dishonest and did not protect my interests as a buyer when I purchased a home using her representation. She pressured me to use a home inspector who was completely inept, unlicensed and dishonest. He was so incompetent that he "missed" a serious carbon monoxide leak, which after I moved in, nearly killed me! She had me sign disclaimer forms that were only in the seller's interest (without discussing with me what the implications were). I was an inexperienced home buyer and she pushed me through the sales process without explaining key items I should be aware of. She had full knowledge of major defects in the home, which she did not make me aware of since she was more concerned with getting her commission than assisting me in making a responsible buying decision.
