We had a roof leak caused by the recent storm (April 2017) which caused water damage in an attic/storage area which also leaked down through a wall into our garage. James and team came out quickly within the hour as promised, and assessed our damage and made an otherwise stressful situation extremely easy to deal with (helping with every step of the way, including coordination with other specialists, speaking to our adjuster….air testing, etc.). The reason why Flood Damage Pros easily gets an A is Jame’s honesty, work ethic and attention to detail. He personally comes out on all his jobs (along with his team) and keeps you apprised of all the steps along the way (though email, text, phone, etc). I felt like I was treated as a member of his own family. This business is a family owned business so you get the attention you deserve. If you have an issue that requires disaster recovery/damage restoration, call Flood Damage Pros. You will be extremely glad you did!
