Excellent Carpet Cleaning

Rugs looked clean, except there was damage done to one of the rugs. In all fairness I do not remember seeing a hole in the carpet before they picked it up but I didnt blame them of this.airy

It was very good. Arthur Herman was excellent. He didn't take a break while he was here from 9:30 to 3:00. He worked steadily. He was extremely hardworking. He was very clean. He went out of his way to get pet stains out. They are not the cheapest. They do what they say they will do. They are very polite and respectful. They called after he left to see how it went. I would recommend them.

I bought the Angie's list two rug special and the rugs look very clean and new again. The price was good but I am fairly confident they damaged one edge of the rug because it now has clear "snags" on the border that I had not noticed before. When I informed them about it, they had no reaction and didn't offer to help. I wish I had taken pictures beforehand so I could prove they were the ones who caused the damage but now its just my memory against theirs. In any event, although it is only a two year old rug (bought brand new) now one edge, and only one edge, looks used. The agent tried to upsell me on a rug pad and gave me a $170 price. I passed but when I contacted them later they said it was $280. I went with a high end two sided Home Depot rug pad for cheaper and am very happy with it. I missed their delivery once (my fault) and they were very understanding and flexible in scheduling another. Good experience overall with a nagging doubt about damage.

Tamara was fantastic at helping schedule pickup and delivery and they were willing to give me a heads up call within the delivery window. They were also very patient about rescheduling delivery when I was sick on the original day. Daniel was a pro at getting the carpets out from under furniture while surrounded by packing debris. The carpets look beautiful and the new padding is great.

While they were punctual and friendly, both times they've come I received wrong pricing information initially. I had asked for ballpark estimates when calling them. When they came the first time they never told me there was a minimum in my area and when they arrived they said the minimum was $175 and the second time they said it was $230.00 but I ended up paying $180 when he called the office as I said that nobody had told me that it would be this much on the phone. They were willing to work with me on resolving the pricing issue.

Fantastic service! Other companies I called expected me to wait at least a week before they could even pick up my rug - Excellent Carpet Cleaning came by the day I called. Cleaning time was quick too - half the time other companies quoted. The rug looked so good when it came back that I asked them to come take back the rug to have the tatty fringe replaced. Again, they came the day I called. The fringe was perfectly restored when the rug came back, again in a timely fashion. I couldn't be happier with their work.

Rayshaud and Tamara were amazing to work with - they were professionals all the way. Rayshaud and the operations team worked hard to get me the best price to fit in my budget while prioritizing the rugs that needed repairs sooner than later. The rugs smell clean, and I was amazed at the color when they were unrolled. They did an excellent job at repairs, as well, and I honestly can't even see where that was done, since they are all so uniform now! They worked around our schedule for pickup and delivery of the rugs, and were courteous and professional every step of the way. There was a small problem with the original (pre-pickup) quote, as a couple of rugs that were on the list were not represented, but were added after receipt at the warehouse. Check your quotes over carefully if you have multiple rugs, so that you don't get surprised by the real estimate later on. Excellent Carpet Cleaning represents their name to a tee - I would (and will!) use them again in a heartbeat!

Very smoothly. The provider explained in detail how he would do the cleaning, the cost per square foot, and how to care for the carpets afterwards. He was on time and completed the task expeditiously. I would be happy to use this company again.

This thorough cleaning leaves the carpet damp but it dried quickly overnight. The work was done on short notice after our ceiling caved in.

They did a good job on three of them but not on the fourth. They tried to charge me something in addition. When they delivered it, they delivered them tied up and I assumed they were going to return them laid out like they were supposed to be. When I asked for that one of the guys said there would be additional charge for that and I said there is nothing mentioned about that in any of the fine prints or when I made arrangements so he huffed and puffed a bit but he ended up taking the rope of unrolling them. The owner was professional but I thought the guy that ended up delivering them tried to charge extra and then when I asked them about some of the stains that were still present. He said like he tried his best and he couldn't get it off and I am not sure that was true.

Purchased the cleaning of the 2 wool rugs from Angie's Deal. They were very responsive with email after purchase and in scheduling service. Picked up rugs on 4/16/14 - asked Bobby for an estimate to do other carpet cleaning when they were returning the 2 rugs. They delivered the cleaned wool rugs (did a great job!) on 5/6/14 and the tech carpet cleaned family room and stairs. Did an excellent job also. Excellent carpet cleaning lived up to its name - very responsive and did a good job. Would use again.
