Based on other persons' comments from Angies list, I chose this company to clean our carpet, which is quite new but with some stains. The individual came to the house on time and performed the deep cleaning. After he finished his work, I noticed there is a stain on the stair and he brushed it as water residual. It turns out to be stain later. And the next day we noticed there are a lot of water remained in one corner of the basement, which I think is due to the cleaning. I expected a better result since he charged much more than other company. The carpet is quite new but has some stains.

After discovering a carpet beetle infestation in my home, I called a different carpet cleaning company late last night (also found through Angie's List) that claimed 24-hour emergency service. I left a message with the other company; they opened at 7am and by 9am the next morning nobody had called back. When i called again, I was met with a bored voice that sounded very disinterested in helping me with my problem and said they couldn't get out to me today or tomorrow. Coming back to Angie's List, I found Excellent Carpet Cleaning. Called them just after 9am to explain my situation and my urgency to have my carpets cleaned and disinfected. The gentleman I spoke with was very friendly, answered all my questions about their different treatments to ensure we chose the one that would take care of my issue without counteracting the pest-control treatment I'd already had that morning. To my surprise, he said they might be able to help me today, around 12:30pm. That was just a few hours after I called, so I was pleasantly shocked. Just after 12:30pm, Junior arrived, talked with me about the problem I wanted addressed, and then quickly got to work. He finished just after an hour (I have a small townhome and my downstairs is hardwood flooring, so it was just the upper level and stairs that needed cleaning). And the price was much less than I would have expected for last-minute service. These guys went above and beyond for me and were pleasant and knowledgeable throughout. I would use them again in a heartbeat!

They were very professional, caring and they moved all of the furniture for me. They were punctual. They are a small company and they really care and I would recommend them to anybody. Their prices were excellent also. I had found out about them from a friend several years ago.

They were excellent and did an excellent job. They vacuumed when they were done and I found that to be going above and beyond. I will definitely use them again.

Excellent Carpet Cleaning is using the wrong name for its business. It should be called Beyond Excellent Carpet Cleaning and More..... I am a property manager and the building?s carpet is over 15 years old. The building is a large walk-up and they did an estimate, scheduled in a timely manner and came prepared for the long job ahead of them (they have truck with all of the modern amenities to do any job, big or small). After finishing, the residents were ecstatic. The carpet actually looks new (I don?t know how they did it)! On top of that, Mr. Wayns is one of the nicest men you will ever meet and always willing to do the best job (the company does more than carpet cleaning). I will be using them fr other properties. They were ?beyond? excellent.

Excellent Carpet Cleaning is FANTASTIC. Their were timely - actually, they were able to come immediately when I called on an emergency basis. The work was completed as promised and on time. I would not use anyone other than this company. Really great work. Fine people. Very good price.

They were absolutely fantastic! They are professional, high quality, and they work until it is just perfect! They are very customer oriented. The quality and price were both excellent. I would recommend them to others.

Rasheed's price beat the other prices I was quoted. They came on time, were courteous, neat and professional. Rasheed and his assistant were also willing to help me move some furniture unrelated to the carpet cleaning, for an additional price I offered. Again, they were very careful with my things, and very pleasant to deal with. Rasheed found a stain on one of my rugs. He was very upfront in communicating about it, which I appreciated. When he returned the rug, I could see that the stain was, as he had guessed, made by a piece of furniture that we had kept on it. His cleaning got out some marker stains I'd been unable to remove, so I was very pleased.

Rashaud arrived on time to give us a free estimate, prepared to do the work on the spot, if we approved the price. He was able to quote a separate price for the stretching job (which I will review under Carpet Repair - also done beautifully). The company has a special crew to do carpet installation & repairs, and they were able to arrive within 1/2 hour of being called to the job. They stretched the bumps out perfectly, then he cleaned it. He worked miracles, taking his time to make sure he got all of the soil out everywhere. He was careful, respectful of our home.
