Excellent Carpet Cleaning

The name of the company is very appropriate because they do indeed provide "Excellent" Carpet Cleaning Services! I was impressed with the professionalism & quality of the services from start to finish. They are my go-to company from here on out. I cant imagine using anyone else for my carpet needs.

He did an excellent job. There were four people here who noticed how clean the carpet was. We will have him back to do the whole house next time.

My daughter took care of this since I was out of the country. She said she was very impressed with the service and that the guy who came was great to have around. He was very professional, polite and friendly, and he answered all of her questions.

Fantastic. Technician was prompt, friendly and quick. He described what he was going to do prior to starting work. And, following the service, he walked me through what he had done. He was also careful to clean up after the service.

The technician was courteous, prompt and provided good customer service. He also cleaned 2 silk pillows at no charge that had some stains. Everything looks great and clean. Highly recommend and will be using them again in the future.

We needed the carpets cleaned in a house that we are selling. We had originally scheduled for a Tuesday morning, but our contractor left such a mess in the house that we had to cancel at the last minute. They offered to help us clear out the space, and were very polite and reasonable when we told them that there was too much to remove and that we needed to cancel. We rescheduled for that Friday. The cleaner showed up on-time (actually, a few minutes early), worked quickly, did an excellent job (no missed spots, and the carpet looked much better than I thought it would), and was friendly and pleasant to boot. In other words, they did everything just exactly right. If only everyone displayed a similar level of customer service...

They are a good carpet cleaning company. They charged me almost $300 and it went really good. They came and picked up the rugs from my house, took them to their warehouse on their site. They had them cleaned and had them back to me in a prompt timely manner. The technicians were really good, friendly, and professional and I had a good experience with them. I decided to use them because they had good reviews.

Lovely job and very friendly, professional service. Be aware that you cannot just "stop by" their storefront to drop something off (at times no one is there) - you need to call ahead to arrange a drop off or (free) pickup.

They have an e-newsletter that they send out and they are very responsive. They take care of my Berber carpets. They have done installation, small repairs, and even re-stretching of carpet. They are a very trustworthy company.

Rashaud was the service technician and he is extremely polite. Arrived early and the carpet looked great when finished. This was in a rental house I was vacating so my only beef is that it wasn't a large area, but I had to pay a minimum visit fee. The owner's comment was that she didn't think she'd seen the rug so clean!

They did a very good job. Junior was very professional. They were responsive, price reasonable and punctual. They clean stains that were very difficult to remove.

They were able to come the next week. From my initial phone call to the cleaning of the carpet and one chair, these guys were professional. The carpet was cleaned last year (after renters with a big dog moved out) by another company. It was an okay job, I just thought the carpet was getting old. But after Excellent Carpet cleaned it, it was almost new looking. I was totally impressed and very happy. They are not the cheapest, but they are the best.

I was told that it would take about 2 weeks to have the carpet cleaned. I was given an estimate. 2 weeks to the day Excellent Carpet returned by rug and the price was exceptionally reasonable and fair. They were so pleasant, accommodating given my schedule, and very professional. I will certainly call them again!

The technician call to let me know that he had finished his prior job and wanted to know if he could come early. Once he arrived @ my home he introduced himself and begin to explained the process and told me what the cost would be. When he finished he show me the rooms & the couch, I was impressed & happy. This company and its crew are very professional, and friendly. I will refer and us them again.

Came the day after I called, on time, quick and professional, the carpet looks great. Excellent job. I will have them clean my carpets again.

We had to lift up most of our basement wall-to-wall carpet and discard much of the padding after water entered during a heavy storm. After having a french drain installed, we had Excellent replace the portion of the padding that had gotten wet and that we had to discard, reinstall the carpet (along with new tack strips where the french drain was cemented over) and then do a thorough cleaning and apply protection against future stains. Rashaud came early one morning to give a quote that seemed quite reasonable, and then sent two crews at our convenience, one for the installation work and the other for the cleaning. The quality of the work was excellent and both crews (and Rashaud) were extremely nice to deal with.

I was moving out of my Rockville townhouse that I have lived in for 2 years. I had not gotten the carpets cleaned since I lived there and i don't think the landlord cleaned them before I moved in. The living room carpet was filthy, especially right at the edge of the couch where it had had 2 years worth of food and drink spilled on it, in a ddition to being a very high traffic area. I thought I was going to lose my security deposit and have to pay for new carpet. I spoke with Rashaud and he was out at the house the next day cleaning up after me. I was completely blown away by what I saw after he finished, the carpets had transformed from a dingy greyish-brown to like-new white! I took some before and after pictures that I wanted to share with him, but unfortunately it was on a disposeable camera and none of the pics came out very well. I am currently moving again, and while my carpets are nowhere near as bad as they were, I am calling on Excellent again because of their professionalism and quality of work. I highly recommend Excellent to everyone.

It was a great experience. Very professional from beginning to end, and always respectful of our property. They gave me an estimate and was able to perform the job that very same day. I did feel a little pressure once the estimate was given to have the job done immediately. So if you're looking for just an estimate, I would make that very clear when you schedule the estimate. I was very pleased with the end product. They did a very thorough job and I would definitely use them in the future!

They collected on time; cleaned the rug - quite dirty, as it hadn't been cleaned in 5 years. They returned it on time, clean and good smelling.
