Excellent Carpet Cleaning

I found them on Angie’s List. I spent $1600 for their service. They were able to get me on their list within 48 hours. They worked really quickly to accommodate my schedule. They showed up on time. They worked professionally. They were really personable. They got the job done better than I expected it would be done and faster than I thought it would be done. I would use their services in the future too. I also provided their contact information to my tenants.

We are very pleased with the process and the end result and would gladly hire this company again.

The person who answered the phone was very polite and professional, taking my information and saying I would be called to discuss. Richaud called back promptly and explained the procedures, suggesting that I look at the Website for the company and decide which services were appropriate for our needs. Date and time for work was set. On appointed day, Richaud arrived on the dot, inspected the areas, and told us what needed to be done and the cost. He worked, alone, for over four hours, without a break. When he was done, he invited my inspection and explained what he had done, why, and what to expect. The carpets were amazingly clean. Since we had previously had the areas cleaned by another company, I wondered if they would look clean until they dried, then begin immediately to show the spots.....as had previously occurred. The next day, when the carpets were dry, they looked as fresh and clean as they had when first done. Today, three days later, they look the same....wonderful!

It was great! Rashaud came in, saw what needed to be done with the stairs then got to work. When he was finished with the first floor stairs, I asked him about a spot that Heaven's Best was unable to remove in the dining room. He said no problem, I went to vacuum my living room, came back and the spot was gone. YAY!!!! Rashaud then went to my basement stairs, which were heavily soiled from the winter, and now they look brand new. I will most definitely call Excellent Carpet Cleaning when it's time to get my carpets cleaned again. The service was fast, professional and very effective!

Very good service. Rashad was the lead guy and was great. The whole process took about 10 hours. Carpets look very good. We are planning to replace the carpets eventually, but the carpet cleaning probably bought us a year or two of use before we really have to do it. The air ducts had probably never been cleaned in our new house, so it was nice to get those cleaned out as well. Overall, the top-to-bottom service is not all that cheap, but it seems like a good value for the money.

Junior from Excellent Carpet Cleaning showed up on time, thoroughly inspected the job and provided an estimate, which we accepted, and he immediately got to work. We had used another carpet cleaning service previously and had disappointing results. Junior spent over five hours and the results were truly amazing. The carpets are ten years old, and now they look almost new. We were contemplating replacing them, but now we aren't. This service will save us thousands of dollars. The grout in tile floor in our kitchen was very soiled because it wasn't sealed when it was installed, but Junior knew what to do and the floor and grout looks great now. The sealant he used will keep it looking that way for two years. To really appreciated the service you will get from Excellent, go to their web site and watch the videos. They are an accurate representation of what to expect and what you get. And excellent it is. We have found our carpet cleaner and will be using them regularly from now on.

What a great job! Rashaud was friendly, efficient, on time and did an amazing job! I had my carpet cleaned because of a lease requirement upon move out. After four years in the apartment, I thought the carpet was in good shape prior to the cleaning, but Rashaud made it look brand new. He got out a few stains that I had tried to treat previously with no luck. He left me with shoe covers to protect the carpet. I was pleasantly surprised how great it looked...as was my landlord. The price was reasonable as well. As a new home owner with lots of carpet, I definitely plan to use Excellent Carpet Cleaning again. Thanks Rashaud...great job!

Found Excellent Carpet Cleaning on Angie's List, and called for information and prices. Then learned about their website and published prices. I selected Excellent Carpet Cleaning because of their high ratings on Angie's List, their professional communication, and their competitive prices. I was not disappointed. They showed up on schedule and did a careful and complete job cleaning the playroom carpet, two Lazy-boy recliners, and two sofas. Very satisfied with the cleaning and the overall experience!

The cleaner did an excellent job. One of the my rooms needed to be vacuumed first as it had been a storage area. I was a little surprised that I was going to be charged extra for running the vacuum over the carpets prior to the cleaning. I had a small vacuum but the cleaner let me borrow the company's vacuum and I was able to vacuum the rooms much more quickly. The cleaner was very professional and he did a great job on the carpets. I'd used this company again!

Quick and professional. They were in and out within a half hour, everything done to satisfaction. I will be getting them for my future carpet cleaning/repair needs.

Excellent Carpet Cleaning was a delight to do business with from start t finish. I have an old dog who has been marking/urinating on all the carpets and on the corners of the couches. They took the carpets to their warehouse to make sure that they were thoroughly saturated to remove the urine and they came to the house to clean the couches. Both times they came to the house - to pick up the rugs and to bring them back and clean the couches - they arrived right on time. The were friendly, courteous, professional and considerate of my needs at all times. I will definitely use their services again.

I read the reviews on Angie's list about Excellent Carpet Cleaning about a week prior to needing my carpets and wood floors cleaned in a rental home I own. Richaud who answered the phone was courteous and explained there process. They were able to schedule the work in a reasonable time frame. There cleaning technician JR called ahead with an estimated time of arrival and arrived in the allotted time. I showed JR what I was looking to have done along with a wish list which included a ceramic tile floor and some hardwood floors which really needed expert attention. (I really did not want to get on my hands and knees for hours of scrubbing) JR took measurements and worked up a fixed price for the job which included my wish list. The price was what I had expected to pay for a quality job and they delivered. The results have exceeded my expectations and JR was very thorough and put in a great effort.

They cleaned the carpet well but it was left extremely wet.

It was very good. Everything was as we agreed to it over the telephone. The gentleman was on time and was very pleasant.

Carpet is off white berber that hadn't been cleaned in a while and they did a great job. Really appreciated their confirmation call, email (with tips on being ready for their service) and call before they arrived. Very friendly and professional guy (sorry I can't remember his name!) did the work and we were very happy with the results.

The wall to wall carpeting in our master bedroom was damaged by a home steam cleaning machine. Ugly brown stains and a terrible smell developed, probably due to failure to remove all the water. Excellent Carpet Cleaning came to inspect and give us an estimate. They said that there was only a 50% chance that the damage could be fixed. We agreed to pay them a nominal amount to do a test in one area. The test was successful so the carpet in the whole room was cleaned. Rashaud and his assistant were very professional and saw the damage as an irresistible challenge. The day after the cleaning, someone called to see if we were happy with the work and, when told that in a few small areas the brown stain had re-appeared and the smell was not completely abated, they came back and worked on those areas again. The carpet now looks better than it has in years and the smell is completely gone. We were so pleased with their work that we inquired about other services they offer. We had them come back the next week to clean all the air ducts in the house. The air flow throughout the house is greatly improved. I will definitely use Excellent Carpet Cleaning again.

This company is truly as excellent as their name implies; on every level, they were superb, and we will use them again anytime we need our carpets cleaned. On the phone and in person, they were kind, patient and professional. They really listened to our needs and concerns and when they were here today doing the work, they were extremely respectful of us and the things we value in our home. My wife, especially, appreciated the care they took to keep the floor and staircase carpeting clean while they worked and how thoroughly they cleaned up afterward! They are just the best, and I heartily recommend them.

It went well. They had good attention to detail. They showed up on time and were on schedule.

They were excellent. They did the best they could with the stains that were there. They were there when they said they would be. They did what they said they would do. They charge a reasonable cost. The guy was amazing. The carpet is 100 times better than what is was before. It will never be the way it was before, but that is the dogs fault. They did a great job. I would give them top marks for everything. I wasn’t there when they did the work, my husband was. He said the guy who came was personable, friendly and gave suggestions of what to do in the future. Whoever I scheduled with, called within a day or two to see how the work was. He said the technician was very pleased with the job he was able to do, saying it was night and day. It really was.

The were a bit a late but their office called and kept us advised The cleaning was complete and rejuvenated the carpeting. Rashaud, who did the work. was pleasant and very professional. The sofa was also cleaned to my satisfaction. All around a job well done.
