Excellent Carpet Cleaning

My technician spent over 5 hours doing 3 bedrooms, a couch and the small foyer. He didn't rush through the job and made sure that he completed the tasks to the best of his ability. He was polite and friendly but very professional. I couldn't be happier and will use them again and would recommend them to anyone.

We found this company through Angie’s List. We were very satisfied. Two technicians arrived and worked hard during the process. They also cleaned furniture, which I didn’t know they could do, and that’s one of the things I’m most pleased about. Their price seemed a bit high, but I think the quality, equipment, and experience was what we were paying for. They were honest and knew their limitations. Everything went well overall.

The experience was great. This was the third time I used them, and they’ve always done a very good job. They send a few emails; one before the work as a reminder and one after as a follow-up. The technician was incredibly professional and easy to work with. They are a bit more expensive than other carpet cleaning companies that I’ve used in the past, but the reason I keep going back to them is because they do a very thorough job. Their cost depends on square footage. I’d highly recommend them.

So far, the work they did was good. Overall, the technicians were professional and it was an easy experience. I was pleased with the service.

The experience turned out really great. They really made my carpets look white again, and they were even able to get out old stains. The technicians did a really good job.

Excellent Carpet Cleaning was absolutely excellent. Junior arrived on time and did a fabulous job. Because of a serious illness in our family, the carpeting in our house had not been cleaned for over two years and the steps were badly spotted and matted. When I came home from work, I was totally surprised at how great the carpet looked -- it looked brand new -- I couldn't believe that he was able to get all of the spots out of the carpeting. I will definitely use them again and recommend highly.

They did a fine job. At my request, they came out a few days prior to completing the work to give us an estimate. They were punctual and very professional (and friendly) and knowledgeable. We were also considering having the company clean out our heating system. The owner (Rashad) talked me through this--when was it last done, how old is the furnace, whether we had a service contract with the HVAC company, which we do--and we came to the conclusion that it just didn't make sense for Excellent Carpet Cleaning to do the job, although they are equipped with the necessary tools to do it. I REALLY appreciated that kind of professionalism. It would have been easy for the company to pick up an extra few hundred dollars on their visit for work we didn't really need. I would use them again and recommend them to anyone.

The carpet now looks great and the stains are gone.

I saw their truck while driving, looked them up on Angie's List and liked the ratings and comments. I was especially interested in their pet order solutions, as I have two dogs. The young lady who answered my call was very professional and easy to deal with. The young man who came to the house to clean my various area rugs, two chairs and two ottomans arrived on time and was very professional. He explained the process, looked at the items to be cleaned and quoted me a price that was close to what had been told to me over the phone (I had added another rug to the job). The work was done efficiently and he was able to remove a spot on one ottoman, which he wasn't sure would come out. The work was done without any disruption to my activities in the rest of the house. The fringe on one area rug was especially dirty and he suggested I let him take it into the shop, which I did. It has been returned and is beautifully cleaned. Also, it was returned on the day and within the time frame we had scheduled. I am very satisfied with the work that was done and with my encounters with the personnel. I would definitely use them again.

The company's cleaner spent three hours working on the carpeting and with the exception of a couple of places where the carpet was essentially dyed by a stain, he got everything out. Not only that, but the carpet pile is almost as good as new--better than it has been for at least three years. I am very impressed with the carpet cleaning service and am happy to recommend it enthusiastically.

I originally booked Excellent to do a move in clean on my hardwood floors at my new house and a move out clean of hardwood floors and carpets at my old rental property. They came to my new house and inspected the floors and were able to honestly tell me that doing the service I had requested wouldn't make much of a difference in the quality of my floors. They spent about 45 mins with me and I valued the truthful information they gave me. They did recommend a different service, but without pressure. We will likely have them perform this service on our hardwood floors in the future after we do some renovation. They also came to my rental property and did a very comprehensive job. I would recommend them.

I called the Wednesday before I wanted service on Friday, just to see if they could fit me in. They jumped through hoops to fit me in, and the person I spoke to when I called was very friendly and responsive. Junior, the technician, showed up even a bit early, and was personable and easy to communicate with. He did an excellent job. My carpets look AMAZING now! It wasn't cheap, but I would definitely use them again.

I went to Angie's list to secure recommendations for carpet and upholstery cleaning. I was only interested in the companies/individuals who were top-rated due to the heavy soiling in my sofa and carpets. Excellent Carpet was one of several which were highly rated. I chose them after reading testimonials and calling the company, itself. The services they provided were very clearly delineated, eliminating any surprises in pricing. Initially I thought their pricing was high, though not out of line with competitors. I made the appointment with a short lead time due to an unexpected visit by family members. They were able to meet the short deadline.They arrived within the very short window of one and a half hours to which they agreed. They called in advance to alert me of their pending arrival. They again reviewed the services to be provided and the pricing basis to assure we were all on the same page. They walked me through the process they would be using and assured me I would be satisfied with the outcome. The two company representatives were professional,courteous, thorough and personable. The results they achieved far exceeded my expectations and even those of my highly critical wife! Like the artist Prince says, "she's never satisfied"' except for this experience. I would not consider any other company for my carpet and upholstery needs. After experiencing the quality of work they performed and the actual application of their pricing(e.g. charging for only cleansed surfaces vs. total room), I can honestly say that their price was not only fair , but rather cheap. The work done was thorough and careful. It took a long time (approximately 6 hours) he said he wanted it done right. He charged by the vents (lower wall registers $30, upper wall register $35, returns $45). The price was more than I expected based upon the Web site and the number of vents, because he charged differently for the different registers in our older home. He seemed to do a good job, the air seemed cleaner and flowed better. We haven't had duct cleaning for quite some time, so it took longer, and he was willing to put the time into it.

Rashad and his guy arrived early and did a fine job on an older carpet in a rental apartment. They lived up to the company name. Rashad was courteous and easy to work with. All in all, a very positive experience. I recommend.

ECC did an outstanding job. We contacted ECC on 07/19/11 by email and gave them our cleaning areas. We received an email estimate on 07/21/11. We talked on the phone and made an appointment for 08/03/11. Junior, the associate, arrived on time and asked us about trouble spots. Afterwards, he measured each cleaning area. He adjusted the estimate up by $50 because they charge by the sq. ft. and for each step. Before ECC, we had our carpets professionally cleaned by 3 different companies from Angies' List over the years. ECC was superior to the others.The other companies cleaned the carpets, but when Junior finished we could clearly see the difference in the quality of his work. Junior was professional and stayed focus on his work. When he finished we were elated with the results. Furthermore, we had him to return on 8/09/11 to do some additional carpet cleaning and a couch. NOTE: ALL OF THE CLEANING WAS WRITTEN IN OUR DESCRIPTION ABOVE. Excellent Carpet Cleaning is absolutely the best carpet cleaning company we have ever used. We would highly recommend them!

I did research on companies that offered green cleaning as I am chemically sensitive, and found it difficult to find a company that offered truly green clean. They were very patient with all of my questions regarding thier hypo-allergenic cleaning services, and even allowed me to smell the soap during our consultation to ensure I wouldn't react and also review the ingredients on the product bottle. They did a great job, and I had no reaction, and there was no lingering smell. This service was great for our berber carpet that was not heavily soiled, but just needed a good basic cleaning. The drying time was a little longer than I expected, but the carpets turned out great and my husband and I would use their services again.

We were not an easy customer. They had to do a very large area of carpet that they needed to work on. Our issue was that the carpet upstairs had a wicking issue. Their approach to solving the issue was the most successful approach. They steamcleaned as apposed to shampooing. They were knowledgeable and did a great job managing my expectations. Because of this issue they were able to offer different packages and their website clearly laid out what I was getting. It's been a week and haven't needed to come out yet. They were very courteous and professional. With respect to the apholstry, they did a really nice job too.

CARPET, FURNITURE, DUCT CLEANING Rashaud answered my initial call and we scheduled a time for an estimate. He came on Fri at the scheduled time, answered my questions and said he would provide a written estimate on Mon which was done. He was knowledgable, professional and personable. I had visited his website prior to our meeting and revisited it at his suggestion which prompted a request for additional info prior to doing the work. He provided all requested info. We scheduled a day for the services and when we spoke he informed me that he thought all services could be done in one day (which was my preference) but that an additional half day might be required. We scheduled the work to start at 8 a.m. the next day with a possible arrival before 8 a.m. Junior arrived at 8:30. He was very professional and personable. He outlined the order of services to be performed (which I appreciated) and began removing vent covers, stating Rashaud would be arriving in about an hour which he did. CARPET CLEANING: I had selected the 12 step "Platinum" plan because it included special fans to 'speed dry' the carpets in 2-4 hrs. We discussed a $50 fee for 'large furniture manipulation/protection' which would cover moving&replacing mattress&box springs from 2 queen beds. My husband moved one set prior to the work being done. Excellent Carpet Care delivered on the promise of a thorough cleaning! The carpeting looks great! Very pleased! The carpeting was NOT dry until the next day. I would reconsider the additional expense for 2-4 hr speed drying with a few fans. One complete mattress set was removed&replaced. The second set, (removed from the frame prior) had only the box springs replaced (mattress was left off). The full $50 fee was included in the check. (I didn't check or inquire about mattress replacement.) FURNITURE CLEANING The two chairs and two sofas look great and were completely dry by the next morning... Very pleased w/ outcome! DUCT CLEANING Vents were removed and cleaned. Rashaud took and showed me a picture of the duct. **Excellent Carpet Care clearly sets and attains high service standards. A strong work ethic and customer service standards were exhibited in their willingness to get the job done, even if it meant leaving at 7:30 pm!

It was an excellent experience. I was very, very satisfied with the guy that came out. He was on time, friendly, and professional. He took his time and explained everything to me. We have been here 7.5 years and we have always had trouble with the dryer vents. He took his time and did an awesome job on everything. This is the second time I have had my carpets shampooed in 7 years and he did a really good job on them as well.

The work turned out well. The person I dealt with was easy to get a hold of and communicate with. They showed up promptly and did a very nice job. They fixed some other things, such as carpet repair. I was very satisfied with the work.
