They took great care of my furnishings and cleaned my living room, dining room, hallway and master bedroom quickly and professionally. I would definitely have them back!

What a GREAT company! They arrived early. They paid attention to exactly what I told them needed to be done. Thier estimate was 100% spot-on, (sorry...carpet cleaning pun). The attention to detail was fantastic. I have had these carpets since I moved here in 1999 and I honestly believe they look better than the day I moved in!!!! Professional Courteous Knowledgable Without peer!!! If you have carpets that need cleaning this is the one and only company you should ever use. I wish there was a grade higher than A+

.I had e-mailed the company for an estimate and a representative came to our house and gave us an estimate for work mentioned above. He was right on time and answered all questions I had. I was e-mailed the estimate and called to set up a date and time for the work to be completed. They again were right on time and started stretching the carpet first, then installed the bathroom carpet and finally cleaned the carpet. They were very professional and seemed to take their time in completing the work. I was extremely pleased with all the work! My carpets looked like it was brand new. My carpets received a very thorough cleaning and what more could you ask for. I will most definitely have Excellent Carpet Cleaning do work for me again.

We had a leaky pipe in our basement that soaked some of our carpeting. I called ECC after reading their reviews on Angie's list, and they came out and gave me an estimate for cleaning the carpet, as well a spraying anti-microbial spray and replacing the damaged carpet underpad. After we got the original quote, we decided to hire them to clean all the carpets in our home. They arrived on time, and were VERY courteous and professional. They were very meticulous about their work, and the carpet looks like we've just installed it. We had stains on the stairs that have survived two "professional" carpet cleanings that are now GONE. We were honestly very close to replacing the carpet on the stairs and putting hardwood because they looked so bad, but now that carpet looks new again, so money saved. Would DEFINITELY hire them again in the future!

I called them based on their Angie's List rating and was not disappointed. I called on a Monday hoping they could come soon since the basement had been emptied out for painting, and I was anxious to move everything back into place. I was scheduled for the next morning, which was perfect. The technician, Junior, came on time. He was courteous, professional and friendly. He did a great job on the carpeting. This was also the first time I ever had a carpet cleaning service leave booties to be worn while walking on the carpet before it dried, which was a nice touch. Even received a call the next day to make sure I was happy with the work. Price was even a bit lower than another Angie's List company I compared them with. I also liked that their pricing is completely broken out on their website; no surprises. Would definitely recommend them!

I got their name off Angie's List. Everything was absolutely perfect. They did what they said they were going to do, and there were no hidden fees. They took great care in my house on not damaging paint or anything with all their hoses. It was wonderful.

When I called, they sent out a representative to look at the carpeted area in my home and they gave me an accurate estimate. They were great about working me in to their schedule on a short time frame. On the day of the cleaning, they called ahead to let me know when they would be there. Once the person doing the job arrived, they were timely, efficient, and courteous. I was happy with what they did. They were very careful to move furniture up off of the flotr and to make sure that I approved of the job before they left.

A very pleasant experience overall; some confusion with scheduling pick up and delivery --- confirmed one date on the phone and then a different date on phone messages; happened twice. Still, many places wouldn't pick up and deliver so I appreciated the service was included in the price.

Rashaud was the service tech and he was excellent! He spent time preparing the area before cleaning the carpet, carefully protecting the walls and furniture. It took about 4 hours to clean the great room, 15 stairs and two stair landings. The area in the dining room needed the most attention and it still looks excellent one month later.

I found Excellent Carpet Cleaning through Angie's List and chose them because of their high rating. I was not disappointed and the experience was excellent. The technician, Junior, was prompt and professional. He arrived on time and got right to work. He quickly evaluated what was needed and provided an estimate. While the estimate was a little higher than I had anticipated, I agreed because of the high marks from Angie's List. Once the price was agreed upon Junior got to work and did a fantastic job. Not only am I extremely pleased with the results, but Junior explained every step of the process, answered all of my questions, and worked diligently. I had two stories of carpet cleaned, including 14 stairs and two landings, and a large sectional couch. The carpet and the couch are both the cleanest they have ever been. I am very pleased with Excellent Carpet Cleaning and will definitely call them exclusively when I need carpet and upholstery cleaning.

Working with Excellent Carpet Clearners was a great experience. The service person was on time and gave me an estimate that was lower then what I received on the phone. I was not sure what I needed so on the phone, I opted for the more expensive service. Junior said that my carpets were not as bad as I thought and that the gold service would be fine. It is really great to see a company and it's employees who give the customer what they need vs. just trying to get the most money out of them. I would use them again and recommend them to my friends.

Carpets came out beautifully. The technican was prompt, polite and thorough. The carpet had not been cleaned in years and there were several bad stains. The stairs were especially bad and worn looking. The technician cautioned me that the stains might not come out, but the carpets look like new.
