Excellent Carpet Cleaning

Arrived on time, found parking (not easy) and did a great job cleaning soiled wall-to-wall carpet.

Armed on time. Completed estimate. Gave 3 choices we selected one and he did the work. Russ look great.

My experience with ECC was excellent. I emailed the rep on a Tuesday night and they had a crew over the next day giving me timing updates the whole time. The crew that showed up was punctual, professional and did an outstanding job. The carpets that had gone through years of abuse from 2 dogs came out looking almost brand new. What made the difference for me was how easy it was to set up an appointment online and through email. Very good company and service I will use them again!

Company quickly scheduled me in during pre-Thanksgiving rush. Worker arrived on time & immediately put booties over his shoes (which I appreciated in my no-shoes house). He quickly/Quietly cleaned carpets, doing an outstanding job on one high-traffic area that was filthy. Very professional and courteous.

The work done was excellent--vacuuming, deep-clean shampooing, applying anti-stain protectant. The young man not only performed the work thoroughly and efficiently but also instructed us how long to let the carpet dry and left "footlets" to put over our feet if we had to go downstairs.

Very good. I did have to ask if they were going to move the furniture, which they didn't. When I inspected the basement and noticed the furniture had not been moved, the technician did the room over and moved the furniture.

Showed up on time and the work was acceptable. The price changed from a quote over the phone to when they showed up. I expected a bill of 300$ and it was closer to 500$ for 2 rooms to be done. I was very disappointed with the price but the job they did was very good. It was a deep clean that was successful in removing the pet stains that I wanted gone. The furniture was not moved at all, which is also something I was confused about but didnt voice a complaint about because it was a couch and chair and an small entertainment system. It was overall a good job and will hire them again but there were some things I think could have been done better,

During the busy pre-holiday season, excellent accommodating my request for a short notice cleaning. The service man was early, polite and explained everything.

He did a great job, but could not get some of the more deeply set-in stains, which I was not happy about. But the overall job was excellent.

The clean up was on time and very professional. I will definitely use them again.

Company representative arrived on time and started the carpet and hardwood floor cleaning process. Very efficient and I was very happy with results.

Technician showed up excactly when he was supposed to, was professional and courteous, listened to what I wanted and answered my questions. He got spots out of the carpet in my finished basement that have beent here since we moved in - I never thought they'd come out. My carpets dried quickly and look great!

Impeccable! The whole experience went like clockwork. The estimator arrived on time. When he returned to do the work, he was on time again. He was extremely careful with our furniture, which we appreciated. The feet of all the furniture were placed on little foam blocks rather that paper or foil to speed the drying. Anything that needed to be moved, was placed back in the original position. When he left, the technician gave my husband and me disposable booties to wear in case we needed to walk on the carpet while it was still drying. We contacted Excellent Carpet Cleaning to have our 3 story townhouse cleaned (3 bedrooms, hallway, 2 stairwells, and a finished basement), and they were very flexible in scheduling us on a Saturday. Their reception / scheduling staff did a great job working with us to get us the most convenient date/time. Our service technician, Rafael, arrived right as scheduled. He proceeded to examine all of the rooms we would have cleaned, and gave us an estimate based on square footage and the level of service to be performed. It took Rafael about 2 & 1/2 hours to clean the entire townhouse. We are very satisfied with the work that was performed. There were several stains in the carpet (soot, red wine) that have been there for 6+ months, that we thought were permanent. However, Rafael was able to get them all out, and the carpet looks new. We are very satisfied with the service provided by Excellent Carpet Cleaning. The pricing was excellent, and we will most certainly use them again in the future.

Provider showed during the call window. Finished all the work, including the stairs and ottoman (I didn't originally specify that in original phone call), in about 3-4 hours. Carpet looked and smelled noticeably better than I was able to do. Provider was professional, clean, and knowledgeable. Note: I had already moved out most of the furniture from the room, so the original quoted time (4-6 hours) was markedly reduced.

Junior and AJ arrived within their scheduled window and got to work immediately. AJ assess the carpet and provided me with an estimate for stretching the Master bedroom, a secondary bedroom and the adjoining hallway. Junior took the measurements of each room provided me with the total square footage and a breakdown per room (just in case I wanted to use a different service in each room). Junior and I discussed in detail the differences between the services and he helped me make a decision on the best service for the carpet. Both Junior and AJ were very honest in communicating the expected outcome. They actually underplayed the results. The carpet was a mess and besides the paint stains (from a messy painter) the final result is better than I could have imagined. I was planning on getting the carpet on my first floor replaced but I am now considering letting them clean it instead. They really bought the carpet back to life. I want to sincerely thank AJ and Junior of Excellent Carpet Cleaning for a job well done. In the past, I have suffered from the attack of the returning stains, creeping up from the abyss. I will check back and provide an update in six months.
