Excellent Carpet Cleaning

Technicians were courteous and professional. They did a great job of getting out some very tough stains and were thorough in their overall cleaning. They were respectful of our property and took great care not to damage anything while working. When they were finished , they did a complete walk-through with me to ensure that everything had been done to my satisfaction. I would definitely utilize their services again.

Excellent service. I needed to get my carpets cleaned and they were out within the next day to give a quote and if we agreed on the price they were going to clean. We agreed on the price and the service was excellent. We have had not the best experience in the past with other carpet cleaning companies as spots were left on the floor, but Excellent Carpet Cleaning was truly excellent! We have a dog that sheds and has a few favorite spots she likes to lay that darken the carpet and they were able to get that out so the carpets looked great. The service provider was very professional. All in all we were very pleased and will definitely use them again.

This is another excellent company that I discovered on Angie's List. My asthma was acting up and I realized that I needed a thorough carpet and upholstery cleaning. I called this company not only because of its favorable reviews but also because of its excellent web site. The site provides detailed information and pricing for 3 different levels of service, gold, silver and platinum as well as the cost of cleaning area rugs, 2-seater and 3 -seater and sectional sofas, carpeted stairs, upholstered furniture and even a la carte services. In other words, you can decide in advance exactly what services you want, measure your carpeting, and calculate the approximate cost. I did this, called the office on Friday, was fortunate that the owner, Rashaud, answered, and we scheduled for all day the following Wednesday. Junior and Alex arrived at 9:20AM, within the one hour window, introduced themselves, did a survey of what needed to be done, measured all the carpeting and area rugs, moved a few items that I had not been able to move myself, wrote out a full detailed invoice, had me review and sign/date it, and then worked very very hard until 5:40PM to complete the job. They were so competent and so efficient. No chatting with each other or taking breaks. Constantly working very hard. Knew what they were doing. Very pleasant and very polite. Had their truck running all day and long hoses into my house. My carpeting looked brand new as did all my sofas and even my 10 year old kitchen chairs. All stains and dirt gone. Everything smelled so fresh and clean. They gave me and my husband shoe covers so we could walk on the carpets. The wall to wall carpeting was not completely dry until the next day, but that was fine with us. They gave me a discount on the price. Some may think the price is high but I do not, given the extensive amount of work completed, the hours spent in my home, and the comprehensive platinum service and hypoallergenic treatment provided. I had used other companies in the past who charged even more. This is a highly professional company that does DEEP AND EXTENSIVE CARPET CLEANING, and this is what you have to pay to get it done right. This is not one of those companies that advertises 3 rooms for $199 and only does surface cleaning of your carpets by hand or with a small machine. This is a company that will not create a mess for you and leave you with half-cleaned and wet carpets. This is the company to use if you have asthma and allergies to dust, dander, etc. Rashaud called the next day as a courtesy to make sure everything had been done to my satisfaction. Nice customer service gesture. I certainly plan to have them come back in a year or 2 to do it all again. Excellent company and very satisfying outcome.

There were two guys who came out, one was Junior. They were both very professional, thorough and courteous. They cleaned from the outside and inside. I am very happy with them. They are a great company and I would use them for whatever other services they provide.

The service technician was on time, very professional and did an excellent cleaning job. Both pieces were in storage for 10 years. The couch was clean in appearance but a rodent lived in it for some period of time so I had to have it cleaned and disinfected before using it in my new home. The chair had a huge water stain that the technician was able to completely remove (although he wasn't sure it was feasible). I was very pleased with the service but I thought the price was too much. However, I have been out of the country for some time so not sure about competitiveness of the total price ($219).

My wife and I were exceedingly pleased with Excellent Carpet Cleaners. They did two separate jobs for us, both of which went well: 1. They cleaned our wall-to-wall carpets. The carpets looked wonderful afterwards, and one stain we'd tried to remove for years ended up so faint you now have to look hard to see it. 2. They took a number of our rugs, including some valuable Oriental rugs, to their plant for cleaning, then returned them the following week. They came out beautifully. In every case, their folks showed up as promised, and the people who did the work couldn't have been nicer. And the follow-up service from their office was terrific -- they called to remind us they were coming, and then called afterwards to make sure things went well. This is clearly a company that understands good customer service. I would use them again in a heartbeat, and no doubt will have occasion to do so.

Junior was very punctual and did a wonderful job. Our (tile) grout, carpet and couch were like new!

This was excellent service. They showed up on time and did a fantastic job. My carpet looked like new, even the high traffic areas. The service was a bit expensive, but it was certainly worth the price paid. I would use them again and highly recommend them. They came out and viewed the carpet and then gave us a couple of different estimates based upon our conversation. They did a good job in balancing our needs with our desires. They were very polite and professional.

We just needed spot cleaning and they tried to get us to clean whole rooms and charge $500. They weren't pushy about it, but tried. They did a good job. Their front office (Lilly) is very helpful and communicates well and often.

Very courteous, a young man arrived on time, was very respectful and careful with my home. They did a fabulous job and asked me if I was satisfied. He wanted to make sure I was. I would definitely use them again.

Carpet cleaning technician "Junior" saved the day. He was three hours delayed because an earlier job had taken longer than expected. This was okay, because I was home anyway. I was surprised when he showed up alone, as we had indicated that there was a good deal of furniture to move. I attribute this to a misunderstanding with front office personnel, who did not ask the right questions. They followed up with us later, and I believe they learned from the experience. Junior did a terrific job, managing to move heavy furniture by himself and did a superb job of cleaning the carpets. He was totally professional and quite pleasant. Despite the mix-up on furniture moving and timing, I would not hesitate to hire them again.

They came and got the rug and quoted me a price, sanitized the rug and then brought it back. I was very happy with them.

I only spoke with them over the phone to schedule an estimate for carpet cleaning - it appears they workout of two offices - one number is attached to angie's list, and the other number is in another office. Estimates are only done on Monday's, but could possibly provide another day - but to their convenience.

It turned out fine. I felt as though, the guy that did the cleanings, Raphael, did excellent work. They also did my daughters house and she was also pleased.

The operator Lilly was very accommodating setting up the appointment. Rafael was very polite and went about his job very effectively. They did a wonderful job at getting the coffee stain out which was a difficult task. I also had the coupon from Angie's List taking $20 off.
