As an update, after another year has passed, we are still dealing with most of the same issues with this builder. We are in a neighborhood where the builder is currently selling the remaining lots and homes for around $2mm plus. Many neighbors have had similar less than pleasant experiences with the builder. The community and the homes look nice but many buyers end up enduring an extreme lack of customer service for years after moving in. The one year warranty work, in our instance, is going into its third year. As stated in the previous review, do purchase and enjoy your home, but get everything in writing, make sure to have a thorough inspection performed and demand that all lingering issues are handled before closing no matter what the builder tells you. For once they have your money.... Note: This review has been watered down to avoid any blowback from the builder; however, we have detailed records to corroborate every statement made in this review.

As a purchaser within this new community, we as many others do love the community. The one blemish is unfortunately the builder and the process of dealing with the builder's various employees. It is terribly difficult to contact the builder about issues that arise within the homeowner's one year warranty period and to receive follow-up once contact is made. As ranked, the builder's level of Responsiveness, Punctuality and Professionalism is at the F level. Much more was expected from the builder in terms of professionalism and responsiveness, especially at this million dollar plus price level. Purchase with your eyes open, get everything in writing in the contract and absolutely do not go to closing unless all major items are as agreed in the sales contract. The builder will still have the upper hand in that if you do not go to closing, by contract you will have forfeited your substantial deposit but still hire a reputable home inspector and push that the items be completed well before closing.
