David Cruz regularly leaves flyers on doors in my neighborhood for gutter cleaning services. I decided to go with him since his prices seemed good and I needed my gutters cleaned. I posted the flyer back on the door as instructed marked with the services I wanted. The next day my gutters were cleaned and 2 bags left with what was removed, on my door was a note saying to leave a check for the amount on the note and that he would come pick up the money in the "morning". So I made out a check and posted it to my door inside so I could tape it to my door when I left for work. The next morning around 8am I hear someone walking around on my roof. I go outside and I see some guy taking off a ladder from the side of my house and I asked him who he was and what he was doing. He didn't say anything, just angrily ignored me putting his ladder away. He then gets in his van and I follow him asking who he is. Turns out he's the guy cleaning the gutters and since he didn't see the payment, he called me 3 times and knocked on the door. I never heard him call or knock since I was getting ready for work. His response then was to go back on the roof and throw back all the dirt he removed! He only gave me about 5 minutes to answer his call or knocks! Baffled by his behavior I went back inside. Now I'm worried he might have damaged my roof in anger. Furthermore, his note stated that he would come collect the money in the "morning" but he acted as if everyone needed to run on his schedule. Morning could be between 5am to Noon for most people. As I was leaving for work I saw him across my neighborhood doing the same to a few of my other neighbors. Don't hire this guy, he lacks professionalism and has no patience.

David came on short notice and quickly cleaned my gutters. He also made a minor repair while cleaning. Great job!

Painting was initially done in the rain and the paint ran all over the porch and siding. He was out of town so came back 2 weeks later but the repaint is all bubbly.

It was a very positive experience. He comes during the day while I'm at work. He came when he said he was going to and he cleaned up after himself. There weren't leaves everywhere when I got home.
