Description of Work: Exterior painting some siding replaced,trim. We added on the picket fence during the work. James and his crew did an excellent job. I do contracting for a builder and did not have the time to get our own house taken care of. I am also 65 years young and really did not want to be on top of a ladder painting neither did my wife. We are very happy with the work James and his men did. He has an excellent work ethic. His men are very courteous and kept everything tidy.

Description of Work: They painted the outside of my entire house changing the color to a lighter color. They also stained my brand new ipe deck. They did a fantastic job on both projects and even gave me a little rebate on the estimate since there were no complications with the job. There were a few little areas of the deck that needed to be touched up, since ipe is really hard to stain, and they came right out and did it. There was no mess or paint splatters anywhere. Just a perfect job.

+ 1 moreIt was perfect. I like him; he has been here many times. He came out to give me an estimate a couple of weeks ago and some more painting. I'm selling the house, sold it as is so we didn't actually use him. It's the last painting business probably year or two not very long. He is friendly, he brings in his crew. My wife and I take off other parts and let them work on it for several days and so quite comfortable with it. It was easy me doing that but I was getting tired doing it.
Description of Work: Daniels Painting put on a great room at the back of the house, he came in and painted that and family room that wasn’t in the house. He did couple of bedrooms upstairs, bathrooms, old ceiling, kitchen ceilings, and woodwork. He has worked than most rooms in the house.

+ -1 moreThe crew were fine as long as the boss was around, but we ended up with a crack in a mirror that coverd one wall floor to ceiling. The guys said they didn't do it bur we think they laided ahot light bulb against it.
Description of Work: They came in scraped and sanded the walls in their kitchen and the bathrooms. Then they repainted them.
