I had scheduled an appointment with Shawn to meet with him on Tuesday, July 28, 2015. I called on Monday, July 27, 2015 and talked with Heidi and told her I had to cancel that appointment and change it to Wednesday, July 29th at 2PM. She checked with Shawn and said that would be fine. I asked her if this was "confirmed" .... she said yes !!! I went over to my rental property to meet with Shawn at 2PM.It takes me an hour to get to my property. I waited for him for another hour and he never showed up. I finally called his office and spoke with him. He said that he called me to confirm the appointment around 1:45PM. First of all who calls 15 minutes before an appointment. He knew it took me an hour just to get to my property. He had my land line (yes, some people still have a land line) phone number and called that. He said that he left me a messsage. He said that he could be there in 15 minutes in rush hour traffic..... I told him that was impossible and that I was not going to wait another minute for him. It would have taken him at least 30 minutes to get there. If it was only 15 minutes away, why didn't he just get into his car and meet me at the property....it took me an hour, but he couldn't drive 15 minutes. When I got home I checked my caller ID and he never called me or left me a message so he "lied" to me. I talked with Heidi and she said that the appointment was confirmed and that she didn't have "time " to talk with me about it. I asked if Shawn was there and she said yes. She connected me and it went right to voice mail. He wouldn't talk to me. How can this company take care of your property when they won't even show up for new business? Anyone who hires them are doing it at there on RISK!!! They are rude, they lie to you, never show up for an appointment even after they are confirmed. I have several rental properties and they just lost a lot of business.
Description of Work: Shawn (the owner) never showed up for our appointment!!

Description of Work: The staff turnover is so high that everything takes so long to get done. There was a leaky roof that took 8 months to fix. A faucet over a year. I was dealing with a different person assigned to the home every few months, and it didn't seem like new people were given any background info so each time there was turnover I was starting over.
