My basement required trimming and power stretching all edges, including around installed cabinets and stairs. Had to work with a pool table and do repair on back of rug before completing the stretching. Both men seemed very knowledgeable, experienced and meticulous Extra attention was given to stairs without my requesting it. Also repaired fringe on a separate carpet. Basement and 3 bedrooms were left clean and looking good.

Danny was great - quick call back, was able to come out within 2 days. Once here, worked very fast and did a great job. Would 100% call him again if we needed anything.

Danny O'Connor was great. Of the three places I called his price was the best and he could come the soonest to repair my carpet which had minor water damage. Danny O'Connor did a great job! He provided a written estimate for the work to be performed, and we scheduled him to do the work 2 days later. He showed up on time, and got right to work. Our basement has about 95 square yards of carpet, and a lot if it had developed ripples. Danny moved all the furniture out of his way and then, using appropriate tools and a great deal of strength, he stretched the carpet so it was completely smooth. It now looks better than when it was first installed. Using a large remnant of carpet we had from its first installation, Danny replaced the worn carpet on the stairs with the unused carpet from the remnant. Finally, Danny shampooed the entire carpet. We are very pleased and we intend to hire Danny again in the future to install new carpeting elsewhere in the house.

We were very impressed with Danny. Not only was his price reasonable but he came to the house to do the work to seam and trim 5 throw rugs and one long runner. The quality of his work was excellent. Installing the existing carpet roll on the curved stairway turned out to be more of a challenge than he thought because of the age of the house each step was different. He canceled his second appointment to ensure he had the time to get it done properly. He quoted his price upfront and did not waiver from the price even though the job took longer than expected. We did pay him a little extra because we thought that was more of a fair price for his work. But this was at our initiative not his. We would readily hire him again

I called Danny to ask if he could patch a 2' by 3' area of Berber carpeting at the base of basement steps that the tenant's dog had torn up. He was available to come that afternoon (I wasn't, so we did the next day), told me over the phone after I described the area that it would be his $150 minimum, and take about 30 minutes. He arrived promptly, had all the tools he needed, provided padding to go under the new patched area (I had a remnant piece, luckily), and was done, as promised, in about 30 minutes! He was incredibly pleasant and helpful, gave me a good piece of advice to save the undamaged portion of the piece he'd cut out, just in case I'd need to patch a smaller area elsewhere in the future. He also can border area rugs on site, cutting them to fit unique spaces, stretch carpets, and more. Great resource I'm keeping in my "I have a guy!" notebook!

Fantastic.... he was punctual, called enroute to let me know his exact time of arrival. He surveyed the job and pointed some problem areas that the previous provider had not done right and told me not to worry, that he would take care of them. And he did just that. The job was quickly and professionally done. Danny also offered some advise one some improvements and gave a very reasonable quote to clean the entire basement carpet. Danny's prices were extremely reasonable.... Best job in carpet work I have ever had.

Oh, my! Was this a wonderful experience!! Danny re-stretched the carpet and his associate cleaned 6 rooms in 1 1/2 hours. They were professional, punctual, neat, and pleasant. And the results are beautiful; the carpet looks like it is new. In addition, Danny went the extra mile for me in 2 ways. First, he showed me a way to clean up carpet that has been snagged by cat claws using a special pair of scissors. And second, he agreed to use his industrial sized sliders to move a pool table in our basement, for a nominal fee. I would highly recommend this company.

Danny was fantastic. He was able to schedule me for the next day and called that morning (this morning) to verify his arrival time. He arrived on time and got to work immediately. He was extremely professional and his repair work on the seams was great. Even though the seam I cut was badly damaged (my fault when I cut the carpet), you don't see the new seam unless you're standing directly above it. He has made the carpet look like new (although I need to get it cleaned later) and I can use those rooms again! He did a great job and I would gladly recommend him to anyone needing carpet repair.

Danny was incredibly responsive and by far the most reasonable estimate. He gave an over the phone estimate and after coming to the house showed us a significant amount of carpet that had been damaged by the sewage leak in the basement that we had not seen or noticed. He was thorough, courteous, honest, and upfront with the costs, description of repairs, and work dates to completion. Although a lot of the carpet had to be cut, I was amazed at how well he seamed the pieces back together. He was able to fix a snag along a portion of carpet by using it as a seam after stretching the carpet at no additional cost. I cannot see any locations of reattachment. He was in and out within several hours of each appointment and was on time each call. He also let me know exactly what he would be doing, introduced me to his helper on the first day, and he gave a 100% lifetime guarantee. We found a snag in the carpet after he left which he returned and fixed with a remnant of our own carpet. It looks brand new (blending with our other carpet perfectly). I would definitely recommend his services to my friends and family!

I called Carpet Repair USA on Thursday and he was able to do the job on Saturday. When he arrived Danny assessed the area of carpet to be stretched, calculated the cost, and gave me the exact price of that service and the cleaning before he started. He explained that he would need to put a seam at the rooms' thresholds. I was a little concerned about being able to see these seams when he was done, but reassured me not to worry. He was right. The wall to wall carpeting looks seamless and so clean; it looks like I had purchased brand new rugs. It took about 2 hours from start to finish. The price was reasonable and the service was excellent.

Results were a seamless apparently new carpet. He was on time, courteous, and consciencious His work was excellent. Next day service. Highest rating allowed.

I was in a huge hurry so I appreciated Danny's quick response to my request and scheduling the work. I thought the price was a little high ($50 per cushion?) , but I did not have time to shop around so I could be wrong. I was also surprised that he did not move the beds in the bedrooms or put protective materials under the furniture legs after cleaning. I thought he did a pretty good job, but if I had more lead time I might have been able to shop around more & get some of the details (logistical & price) ironed out. Under the circumstances I can't really complain.

Every step went seamlessly from start to finish. Danny is a true professional and we are looking forward to having his company do more work at our home.

Danny was on-time (actually five minutes early) and did exactly what he said he would do for exactly the price he quoted me. His re-stretching removed the wrinkles and my berber carpet now looks great. He also expertly trimmed one seam on the berber carpet which is now much less noticeable. Danny did a great job stretching the carpet in our rec room and in one of our bedrooms. He is is very knowledgable on carpet in general. He arrived on time, clean up before leaving and overall did a fantastic job. I plan to use him in the near future to install new carpet.

Danny arrived on time. He performed the work. He explained what needed to be done to get the carpet to lay flat while it dried (it had been rolled up for years). It looks great and will make a beautiful area rug for us. My husband and I are pleased.

They first tried to clean up the damaged area, which ended up not working. They had to come back a second time to replace the damaged area, but did not charge additional for that second visit. They were SO nice to my kids. Kind, professional, and the job was well done. Thank you.

The whole process went smoothly. Called and left message which was returned within an hour. Set appointment for the following day. We were concerned about areas of buckling carpet in my 91 year old mother-in-laws condo - afraid she would trip and fall. Danny showed up at the appointed time, assessed the situation and gave me a quote to include restretching the wall-to-wall carpet in several large areas and cleaning the carpets throughout. Made an appointment Monday night with the owner Danny O'Connor to fix an area along one wall where a carpet had been extended inside a reach-in closet that had since been walled off and extended into a dressing area had since been been tiled. Also mentioned uneven carpet on the stairs and some depressions in the carpet where I had attempted to stop a squeaky floor with nails (bad idea - don't do it!) Danny assured me over the phone that he would be able to handle the problems. Danny arrived on time as scheduled, gave me a fair price and went right to work.. He completed the work timely, and efficiently and it looks great. Gave me a professional's tip for removing furniture depressions in carpet and demonstrated it for me...easy process and it works great. I would highly recommend Danny for any carpet repair problem!!
