He made sure that the work was completed to our liking. He communicated in a professional manner. We are very happy with the work Mr. Caballero's crew did for us.

Because of HOA requirements, I had to change the color of our townhouse shutters. Based on the positive reviews on Angie's List, I called Willie Caballero for a price quote. He stopped by the next week to survey the front of the house and provided an estimate within a few days. The original quote was higher ($730) than some competitor's estimates, but he offered a 10% discount since I mentioned being an Angie's List member. He asked detailed questions and conveyed more professionalism than the other contractors I spoke with. As Willie was busy supervising multiple projects, it was important to obtain a written cost estimate before paying a deposit. The original service date had to be postponed due to Willie's other projects. He came on July 7, 2014 and brought his full crew with the paint. I appreciated that he was right on-time, and ready to go. After surveying our shutters, he offered to paint our front door for free. Unfortunately, it was a different paint color from the shutters. I would definitely consider hiring Willie's crew again for a future painting project. His attention to quality was excellent - very professional and was responsive to questions by phone or email.

I'm a repeat customer of Caballero Painting Contractor. They did my deck in 2009 about 5 years ago and did an excellent and professional job. The deck was cleaned thoroughly and the stain applied in a professional manner. They covered the plants and shrubs we have around our deck to protect them from the chemicals and there was no overspray on my siding. The product they used on my deck held up extremely well which means I got real value for the money I invested. I was so pleased I didn't even consider another company when it came time to do my deck this year. Again Willie Caballero did not disappoint. I am equally pleased with the job they did on my deck this time. Willie takes great pride in his company's work. He came out to my house and personally inspected each phase of the job. After the cleaning phase he came out to look at the deck before the staining phase. After his crew stained the deck he came out to inspect again. The stain had not taken properly in some areas and even though it looked OK to me it was not up to Willie's standards so he had the crew come out the next day to apply another coat. My deck is quite old but it looks amazing since Willie and his crew worked their magic. I highly recommend this company.

Willie checked with me before he left to get the paint while his team prepped the walls. He returned promptly with the paint. He invited into the room to see the prep work. He made sure I felt comfortable with his team before he left. They worked straight through the day. I noticed that they stopped just to eat a quick lunch. Willie returned again a few hours later to see how it was going. He invited me up again to see the progress. The team of three painters started at 8:00 and were done by 5:30. They had removed the large mirror from the bathroom to paint and attached it to its spot. They returned all the furniture back to its place. They vacuumed, dusted, and took all their trash with them. My daughter's bedroom is beautiful! You would never believe that those walls were once covered in art work. Her bathroom was also well panted and clean.

First coat was blotchy and discussions about the second coat became unpleasant.

Willie provided a reasonable quote and we've been happy with his work in the past, so hiring CPC was an easy choice to make. His crews were busy, but the work was completed in a timely matter and we're quite pleased with the results.

Once again they did a great job in all areas. The deck was power washed and cleaned on a Friday and a crew of 3 came out to perform the staining and the painting the following today. The complete project was over in about 24 hours. During the project from the time of the estimate to the work, Willie was easily reachable via cell, email and text ... even Facebook. Willie even reduced the price because the job turned out to take less time than he anticipated. I can honestly say that has never happened with any other service providers we have used. All and all it was a great experience and our deck looks brand new.

We had a fantastic experience using Caballero Painters for our interior and exterior painting. We just purchased a home and one of the first things we wanted to do was change the paint colors. From the get-go, Willie was very responsive to our calls/emails, offering to give us an estimate within 24 hours of when we first called him. After getting quotes from about 6 different companies, we decided to go with Willie as he seemed to be the most professional and the most fairly priced. The first project his team completed was interior painting of 2 upstairs bedrooms. They were punctual and professional and did an awesome job - the color coverage looks great. Willie and his team came back a few weeks later to paint the exterior of our house. It took about 4 days - They power washed the house, painted the siding using high quality paint sprayers, re-painted the trim and front door. The house completely transformed from a light powder blue (not our taste at all) to a beautiful deep gray with white trim and a red door. Willie did a complete repaint of the entire interior of my house in 2012, then did some touch up work for me recently. The work in 2012 involved removing wallpaper, painting walls, ceilings, closets, trim, everything. A two story foyer, etc. It also involved removing some large mirrors from walls, then repairing and painting them. The quality of the work is just fabulous. His guys do a wonderful job. Especially his lead guy Freddie. I would definitely use him again and recommend him to others. Really great quality for a really great price.

We hired Caballero Painting to do some indoor painting and we couldn't be happier. They were very professional, always very kind and did a really great job at making our new house feel like a beautifully painted home. Days before we were supposed to start painting at our house we had some massive flooding issues in the kitchen and the Caballero team was very accommodating and didn't let it effect any of the work they were contracted to do and even offered to come back and touch up spots after the other work was completed...they were really wonderful! I would highly recommend them to anyone and look forward to sending my friends their way!

Company owner answered the call and was flexible on scheduling a time to give an estimate. I scheduled the painting for the very next day, and the owner showed up with two staff members right on time and they got right to work. They did a great job, were very tidy going in and out of the home, and were pleasant to be around. If I have any future painting needs, big or small, I'm going to call this painting company again.

My experience with Caballero Contractors was excellent. This is a small, very personalized company and the owner oversaw both jobs. Their work was exceptional. I couldn't have been happier. The workers were on-time, polite, professional and did a great job! The owner made sure I was happy and kept me informed of exactly what would be done, and followed up after the jobs were completed. I could not be happier. We got a fair and honest quote from Caballero and a timeframe in which they could perform the work. The crew was always on time and meticulous in their work. Even though the crew was well supervised the Caballero Painting Contractors owner made daily visits to the work site. I would highly recommend Cabellero to anyone looking for exterior painting. Great work! After calling Willie Caballero for an estimate in September, he came out immediately. We needed to have the exterior trim, porch, aluminum wrap around the windows, and garage door painted (to cover up the current dark moss-green color). Also included in the estimate were the doors, shutters, and foundation. Willie noted some rotted wood around the corner of our home and included that repair as well. We were happy with the estimate but decided to hold off until the Spring to have the house painted. In late October Willie contacted us and said they had lowered the price for November (end of the season), and if we were interested they could start the next week. We agreed and he and his crew came on time and immediately started to work. The entire crew was professional, worked tirelessly, and cleaned up every evening. Willie was on site every morning and several times throughout the day. Cabalerro used was top quality Sherwin-Williams paint and they matched it perfectly to the paint chips and colors I provided. The house was completed within the estimated time period - even with a non-work day due to inclement weather. We are very pleased with the end results. The house is beautiful and we are more than satisfied. I would definitely recommend Cabalerro Painting for all types of exterior work.

Willie is a great communicator, getting right back to me with answers to questions and even when we changed our mind on having the trim painted a different color he graciously adapted to our request and finished the job on time and in budget. His crew were professional and did a wonderful job. The house was carefully prepped and painted. We were very happy with the work done on our home.

After calling Willie Caballero for and estimate, he came immediately, and prepared an estimate for fixing the rotted wood around the corners of our home in Herndon, VA. Willie also noted that the exterior needed repainting and I asked him to give me an estimate on that project, as well. The estimate arrived quickly via email and since the "repair" work was critical before winter, we opted to only have that portion done immediately, stating that we would get the entire house painted in the spring of next year. Willie told me that he could complete the repair job in 2 days and we scheduled it. He and his crew came on time and immediately started to work. Not only were the repairs done with a very closes attention to detail, they were completed in about a day and a half, so the actual cost was $400 less than quoted. Willie and his crew did not leave until I inspected all of the repairs and was satisfied with the outcome. I was more than satisfied! The building materials and paint Cabalerro used appeared to be top quality and the results were dramatic. I would definitely recommend Cabalerro Painting for all types of exterior work. The entire crew was professional, worked steadily and obviously knew exactly what they were doing and Willie was onsite for the entire project.

A very good experience working with Caballero Painting Contractors. The owner, Willie, is very responsive and was on site every day to make sure everything was going well. Freddie and his crew knew what they were doing and were hard workers. They worked around the many days of rain we had. In getting quotes, our big issue was the amount of rotted trim we had on our 20+ year home. Willie carefully inventoried what needed fixing and included the cost of replacing or repairing the wood in his estimate. Most other painting contractors only quoted the cost for painting, with the cost of repairing rotted wood on a linear foot and hourly rate. Willie's approach let us know up front what the total cost was going to be. I also appreciated that Willie did not require a down payment until the work started. We paid half at the beginning of the project and the balance when completed.

I did extensive research, and met several contractors before deciding to hire Caballero Painting for our home exterior project. I am happy to say that our decision was the right one and that our house looks amazing thanks to their hard work. We definitely found our house painters! From the moment Willie came to do our estimate, his company outperformed his competition. He did a very comprehensive assessment of the work that need to be done, and clearly explained everything that his team would do, and how they would do it. He made very good recommendations, and did not over commit or over promised. What impressed me the most was that he made sure that the scope of the work he was going to do was always aligned to our expectations; which they surpassed. The weather made for a difficult painting week, but they stayed in close contact with us and kept us well informed of their work schedule, pushing hard to complete the work on time - which they did without compromising the quality. The crew is highly skilled, and complete professionals. I had to work from home one day, and was amazed how neatly, and efficiently they worked. All the repair work they did prior to painting (wood trim and window frames, and aluminum siding), was so well done, that I can?t even remember what needed fixing ? it all looks new. They really did quality work, and went above and beyond the job to keep us happy and to make our 30 year old house look like a new house.

Willie and his crew did the job, which spanned several rooms and some high ceilings, fairly quickly (in one day) and skillfully. After they were done, they cleaned up thoroughly. Willie is pretty thorough and notices things you didn't see. My impression is he knows what he is doing as he has been in the business for a while. As do the people who work for him. They were skilled, professional and courteous. I appreciate the most that Willie is easily accessible, and communicates well. There is no waiting, playing endless phone tag. It was easy working with them. We are happy with the results and are hiring them again to paint the entire exterior of the house and repair damaged siding.

We have used Caballero Painting and Contractors for the past five - six years. They are amazing. They have done everything from paint the exterior of our house; replace the screen on our porch and take care of other small carpentry issues. Willie goes above and beyond the call of duty. We used them last summer to power wash and stain our deck and fence. They did an outstanding job on everything! With the unpredictable weather, they had to come back numerous times to redo the staining on the deck. He completed that at no additional cost. After they were done, the deck looked great to us. When he came by to check after it was dry, he decided that it needed to be re-stained in a few places to make it look perfect. Again, that was at no additional cost and now the deck looks amazing. His crew was very thorough, and the result exceeded our expectations. The only delays we encountered were due to weather, and Willie communicated with us at every step. We used them this past winter to paint the exterior of our home. They did an amazing job!! The crew was polite, helpful and cleaned up at the end of each day. They worked in our house for a little over a week with minimal disruption. They arrived when they said they would and did exactly what they said they would. Willie was on site each day to check his crew's progress and gave us updates daily as to what was going to happen next. We will continue to use CPC for any future work and would definitely recommend Willie and his crew to anyone looking to have their house painted.

On a Saturday I emailed the company, with a picture of our front entry, with a request for an estimate. An estimate was emailed back, with the note "if there's any changes or any unforeseen things then they will be additional to the proposal". I had several questions and wanted a firm quote, so he said he would stop by Monday or Tuesday and take a look. He never did, as far as I know, and I have not heard from him. A waste of time.
