+ 0 moreFrom first contact to the completion of the project everything went smoothly and as expected. Mr. Bunaugh was terrific to work with! I highly recommend this company!
Description of Work: Bunaugh Constuction Services replaced our carport parking pad, enlarged our front porch, replaced our asphalt driveway with concrete, and added a new concrete front walkway. These projects required demolition of the existing parking pad and driveway, removal of existing shrubbery, replacement of the supporting posts both in the carport area and in the front porch area, and removal of the front porch railing. Once the concrete was poured and had set for a couple of days, Mr. Bunaugh replanted the one shrub I wanted to save, and brought in dirt to fill in around the concrete.

+ 1 moreWe were impressed with Alfred Bunaugh and his team from the beginning. He has decades of concrete experience and was able to make expert recommendations along the way about construction details, drainage and concrete options. He identified what could have been a serious problem with our addition foundation and ensured it was built deep enough to reach bedrock, working with Moss and ourselves to keep the cost down. He works long hours, even on weekends, and completes his projects quickly. Yet the quality is exceptional. Our garage pad and driveway look great and seem set to withstand the elements for a long time. We receive numerous compliments on our stamped walkway and stoop, which includes a sundial design and flagstone stamping in tinted concrete. He aims to please and even transplanted an azalea bush for us, which is also doing well!
Description of Work: We contracted with Bunaugh Construction to complete a driveway with apron, a stamped concrete walkway to our front door, and a new stamped concrete stoop. Bunaugh removed the existing driveway, walkway and stoop. Separately, Bunaugh was the subcontractor used by Moss Building and Design for the foundation work on our one-story addition, grading of our yard and drainage system.

+ -1 moreThe contractor removed the old asphalt driveway and installed the new concrete driveway. The work was performed in a very professional manner. This is a family run business. The owner's name is Al. Al is obviously a true perfectionist. He ensured all the work was done right. Each day they cleaned up and left the yard as they found it. The driveway has been in for nearly two months now and it is still and quot;perfectand quot; (no cracks). Been over a year now and NO cracks
