Description of Work: We had some electrical work done by Autumn Electric. They put in some outdoor outlets and they tracked down a problem with some other outlets that weren't working.

Description of Work: The technician came and went to work immediately right after the jobs review. We had various ceiling lights repaired.Also repaired were an outdoor floodlight, fan/lights in two of the bathrooms and miscellaneous electrical work. We were delighted that these jobs were done so quickly and efficiently. We are very satisfied and would recommend this firm.

Description of Work: I contacted Autumn Electric for an estimate to install a generator that I had purchased elsewhere. The representative they had emailed me the same day and actually picked up the phone when I called back, as opposed to all of the other places that asked me to call and then required me to leave a message and then sometimes didn't call back for 1-2 weeks. They scheduled a time to come to look around, arrived on time, completed the estimate the same day and responded with a quote. Due to the number of individuals that are attempting to have generators installed, they are unable to complete the service until January, but I don't blame them for that. Unfortunately, it means that I won't be able to write a review on their actual work at this time.

Description of Work: I used Autumn Electric Co Inc. and they replaced our electrical box and fixed a plug in my store room.

Description of Work: My diningroom light blew a light bulb and then didnt work at all once I replced all the bulbs. They came out, the same day I called and fixed the problem. Replaced the switch. Simple problem, I thought 165 was a bit much for a few minutes work but the convenience and service was excellent.

Description of Work: The technician who visited our home (David) was a true detective, correctly identifying the cause of our problem, one I never would have guessed. But he produced the physical evidence, and the results prove he was right.

Description of Work: Purchased new dryer and found out upon delivery that the electrical outlet would not work, and needed smaller circuit breaker. Autumn Electric was able to come today and install the proper wiring. Would definitely use them again.

Description of Work: Fixed faulty hookup for our range/oven, also fixed loose wire in one outlet and outdoor light. They were professional, prompt, and seemed reasonable priced. I think the job took longer than expected due to the nature of our electrical wiring (it's not wired very efficiently, apparantly) but the electrician took the time needed. Would hire again.

Description of Work: Autumn Electric is our company of choice. They deliver superior service, on time, with never a problem or issue to deal with. Don't be daunted by their rates: while the initial cost may be higher than another company's, Autumn stands behind their work and often performs small additional tasks for the homeowner at no additional cost.

Description of Work: We had some recessed lighting repaired, and they installed a couple of outlets for us. They came out twice for two separate appointments.

Description of Work: Kitchen lighting. Overall very well done with respect to spacing and symmetry. Guys doing the work were very professional and quiet. Redid cabinet lighting for me after I didnt like placement (although nails used poke thru wood and can be seen inside the cabinetry--I would have preferred they saw that and used shorter nails). They spotted an electrical danger above tub and volunteered to replace the light for free because of the dangerousness of the previous light.

Description of Work: Removed existing kitchen ceiling fixture, repaired wiring for the ceiling fixture and light in exhaust hood, and installed a new ceiling fixture. Explained that the light bulb in the removed fixture burned too hot for the wiring in our home. Replaced parts of a malfunctioning attic fan. Inspected circuit breaker box to determine whether or not a whole-home surge protector could be installed. Electrician volunteered to go to Home Depot to determine whether or not Home Depot had the parts for the surge protector. Home Depot did not have the needed parts, and another appointment for that work was immediately made. We were not charged for the time spent going back and forth to Home Depot.
