Very pleasant experience making the appointment; the electrician arrived EARLY, worked conscientiously for one hour and got the work accomplished efficiently. It was one of those irritating problems you put off repairing. Ivan was excellent about getting the job done and getting everything working. It was a great success and Angie's List customers get a 5% discount on labor.

Disappointed that they didn't have need a part. Repairman called office to confirm part needed. Would hire if job was at least 1 hour. Initial hour is $150. Very disappointed in Angie's List couldn't print coupon so didn't receive discount.

Extremely well. They were prompt, efficient, and courteous. I called three places from Angie's List. All three said they'd respond with an estimate, but Autumn was the only one willing to come out with an estimate in a timely fashion. They also gave us a 5% discount for getting them off of Angie's List.

Very timely arrival within the first 1/2 hour of the time period indicated for arrival. Immediately found the reason for the fuse problem was a lamp that had a badly installed socket that was short circuiting and blowing up the fuse.

I called Autumn because I thought I might have a short at one of the outlets. They called me back promptly and scheduled an appointment for 4 business days later. The electrician arrived right on time and did a thorough check. He didn't find anything wrong, and I appreciated that he didn't try to do any work that was needed. Since I'd already paid for the call, I asked him to put a dimmer in my dining room. He did that in about 5 minutes. The electrician, whose name I wish I remembered, was extremely nice and polite.

Autumn Electric was right on time and cleaned up very well. I have been so happy with them that I never get estimates anymore I just call them when I need something. They are timely while working, they don t talk to much they just come and do the job and leave because they charge by the hour, so they don't waste your time. Their work is excellent and I'd recommend them.

They were very prompt, arrived when they said they would, and cleaned up after themselves. I have no idea what to expect price-wise from an electrician, so the amount seemed high to me, but covered all hourly rates and materials. They did not have the proper materials to finish one of the jobs the first day, but came out promptly the second day to complete and didn't ask for any payment until everything was finished and working.

I called Autumn Electric and described the small jobs I needed done. We agreed that there was no need for an estimate first, we set time and date for appointment. Ivan arrived within the agreed time frame. He was professional, friendly and set right to work. I felt comfortable with him in the house and found him easy to talk to. He was here for an hour and 45 minutes- $150 for 1st hour and $75 for the 45 minutes= $225 labor. $8 for misc parts- outlet, switch, wire, etc. Will definitely call Autumn Electric again!

Ivan showed up on time to check out a noisy attic fan -- very brave considering the hot weather. (Autumn electric only provides this service at 8:00 AM during hot months.) He found the fan motor bad, so installed a new fan motor. The job took about an hour.

They were very helpful when I called asking for the work to be done on one of my real estate listings. They came on time (even early) after letting me know they were on the way. The electrician was very courteous, efficient and knowledgeable. Would definitely use again.

I called. They had time available within that week and arrived even a little early on the day scheduled. It was a very easy job for him. He was polite and they gave me a 5% discount just like the Angie's coupon offered (I did mention the coupon when hiring on the phone, and again at payment time, just to be sure it would be accepted). The light fixture is in and looks great. Not falling down or anything!

Ivan was very good and efficient. He arrived on time and asked which project I wanted him to start on first. However, before he arrived I found out (at the last minute) that I needed to have the electrical outlet plates fixed. When I told Ivan, he said that would be no problem. Ivan started installing the ceiling fan in guest bedroom first and then the outlet plates in the master bedroom. After securing the ceiling fan in the dining room, Ivan checked to make sure it worked properly before going to the basement to replace the outlet plate. Ivan politely answered my questions about the causes of the wobbly ceiling fan and the outlet plates.

Scheduler forgot when work was scheduled. Electrician arrived several hours late and therefore was unable to complete work by the end of the day. A second trip was required. I needed to remind them about the Angie's discount.

The serviceman came on time and did the work quickly and efficiently. I found the price very reasonable. I would definitely use them again.

Selling condo, and the home inspector identified some loose electrical outlets and minor "electrical" stuff needing attention. Called Autumn Electric after locating them on Angie's List. Ivan arrived right on time, if not a little early. Was very polite and completed the work pretty quickly. Even told me about a trick to fix loose electrical outlets next time I have the same problem. I would definitely use these folks again.

Very responsive company. I got a call back within 10 minutes after leaving a message to set up the service call. As it happens, the service call was scheduled for the morning after one of the worst wind storms in years. I half expected the company to call and reschedule due to emergency jobs, but the technician arrived ten minutes early. He was prompt and polite. One quibble, I didn't receive my 5% Angie's List labor discount. I had identified myself as an Angie's List customer when setting up the appointment, but I didn't mention it when paying the bill.

The job went well. Ivan came at the beginning of the 3 hour window. He was pleasant and worked quickly and efficiently. He covered the work area and cleaned up after himself. I will use Autumn again.

Autumn Electrical was very courteous on the phone and was able to get an appointment fairly soon. The technician, Ivan, was very professional and efficient. Did the whole job without turning off our electricity! Saved us quite some time in resetting appliances!

Ivan showed up on time, identified the problems, told me what he would do to correct them and approximately how much it would cost/how much time it would take.

The experience was excellent. I called the company at 8:00 on a Friday morning and they were willing to fit in my repair that day even though they were quite busy. The repairman (I believe his name was Rich), arrived a little earlier than the start time I was given, and had already replaced the doorbell before I arrived to meet him. He quickly replaced the light fixture, leaving the work area very clean. He also advised me that my fluorescent light did not need to be replaced, as I had been told by another electrician I found on the list and quoted almost $300 for the repair and explained that I just needed to make sure that I used the proper bulbs. Finally, the repairman took the time to explain why I was having problems with my space heater and did not try to sell me on additional electrical work. I appreciated his honesty and would definitely hire the company again.

2-man crew came punctually. Estimated time needed was 6 hours. Work was extremely efficiently done and finished in 3 hours. Since I didn't get multiple bids, I don't know whether the price was fair or not. I felt it was a bit high for a three-hour job. The structure above the ceiling turned out to be simpler than they thought. Drywall cuts were clean and neat. Next time I will get multiple bids for price comparison.

The best in every way. Neat, clean, great work and on time. We have had the pleasure of dealing with Dave's company for over twenty years. The best.
