They did well. I saw them on Angie's List and I decided to call them. The technician was knowledgeable, kind, and courteous. They called before they arrived and I was satisfied with their visit.

They were great. They made an appointment for the day after I called. They made the repairs for less than I expected and did a beautiful job.

I was very happy with their work, they were professional. They were also very accommodating. The price was right on and we were all in all pleased. I would definitely recommend them to my friends and neighbors.

Very contact by phone with very targeted questions. I got right away a quote which comparable with other competitors. The work was scheduled within a week. Two electrician came on time, reviewed with me work to be done first. Then they were very efficient, quick, clean, in short perfect! I had some concerns about my fuse box and one of the employee checked it for a good 10 minutes and did not charge me anything extra for the time (the fuse box was fine).

I am very satisfied. The crew of 2 arrived promptly and worked steadily for 6 hours until the job was done.

I had decided to finally fix my front porch light after many years of procrastinating. I checked Angie's List and picked Autumn Electric because they had a great rating. We scheduled for the following week at 8 a.m. Unfortunately, the person who was to do the repairs was ill. They called me before 8 and explained the problem. Another technician came at 11 a.m. after his previous job was completed. He was courteous and professional. He fixed the light switch and installed the timer. He even replaced the defective light fixture that I had bought on the Internet with one that he had in his truck for a very reasonable price. I am extremely pleased with their work, and the light fixture looks better than the one I bought.

After calling Autumn they made my tight schedule work, sending out a technician the next day. Pat, the technician, was running a little late but he called in advance to let me know - the way it should be done. Upon his arrival Pat attacked one task at a time moving at a good pace. I had been putting off calling an electrician out to the house to fix all these small electrical problems because I didn't want the hassle. However, my experience with Autumn was absolutely painless and I felt I paid a very reasonable amount for the work done by a true professional. I also received the Angie's List discount on the labor. Next time I need electrical work I'm calling Autumn - regardless of the season.

We called as a result of the reports on Angie's List. The person who answered was very polite immediately. We indicated we had 3 needs. We had a refrigerator and a freezer on the same circuit with other appliances in the home, these were extra appliances in our garage. We needed two outdoor GFIs installed and we needed some lights put on dimmers. We scheduled a person to come take an estimate almost immediately. The person who did the estimate was on time, professional, extremely knowledgeable about very difficult installation situations. Very concerned about damage or potential damage to our drywall and house, very helpful with ensuring we did not have to replace too many face plates and incredibly patient as we added items to our list. We received the estimate almost immediately and felt the estimate was very reasonable for the work involved. We scheduled the jobs and the electricians called to let us know they were running a little late due to the weather, which was terrible and rainy and muddy. They were not that late. They were incredibly polite and courteous just like their reps. earlier. They were careful not to drag mud into the house. They cleaned up after drilling a hole where we needed it. They reviewed the work to be done with us very carefully before and after. Their work and their professionalism was beyond expectation. We have had some serious remodeling done and we are VERY particular. We have worked with other electricians before, some great and some not so great. We can say, without hesitation that Autumn will get our referrals with the highest of remarks every single time after today. They worked in the freezing rain and were just so incredibly pleasant. Autumn is an A+ operation with A+ class employees and electricians. We could not have been happier. We wish we could say the same thing about all the services we have had in our time here. Would we use them again, we will!

The technician was excellent and performed the job as desired. It took longer than expected when I added one new fan to the job. He cleaned up after completing the installation.

Found Autumn Electric's number on Angie's List and called at 8:30am. Coordinated an electrician visit for 10-11am. Received a phone call to reschedule the visit for 12-1p. Chris arrived at the house on time and coordinated the install over the phone with my wife supervising the effort. Chris was clear about what needed to be done and completed everything within 4 hours.

They are very good. We've used them for years. It depends on what they are doing, whether they charge by the job or the hour.

Excellent. We had our 2nd child early, and I was unable to change out some electrical sockets. I needed this done before my wife came home from the hospital. They were able to schedule the appointment quickly. They were very professional during the entire time. As always, great work. I enjoy working with them, and recommend them highly.

Very well. Prompt and accurate estimate by experienced and knowledgeable master electrician. I was comfortable that no corners were being cut. They patiently answered my follow-up questions to include rescoping of work. Work performed promptly and professionally on day promised.

Dave and the guys did great work at a fair price. They even corrected improper routing of the under-counter lighting caused by the general contractor on our kitchen remodel; (we will NOT use that company again).

Dealing with Autumn Electric's scheduler was most pleasant. He was courteous and professionally thorough. Ivan, assigned by Autumn Electric to perform my work order, is a personable and efficient electrician. He arrived with a smile, showed me what the problems were, explained how he would fix them, and finished all his work in ten minutes. I was charged Autumn Electric's minimum minus a five percent Angie's List discount.

The came when they said the would. They did what they said they would. They were extremely courteous during the whole process. I wouldn't hesitate to hire them again.

They found the problem in about 20 min. and allowed me to have some other needed work done to fill in the minimum cost for the visit. The workman was competent and friendly. I have already recommended them to friends and they have been equally impressed.

The company owner (Dave) came to my house to provide an estimate. A few days later, I received a written estimate (via email) with each task outlined by price. I could pick and choose what I wanted done. Dave also gave me great advice about where to shop for lighting fixtures (I'd tried several big box stores with no luck), and I scheduled the work. Two electricians worked at my house for 4 days, wiring, rewiring and installing. They were very careful to limit the mess and disturbance. Since my house has no attic, they were forced to cut into the drywall to install everything. I was absolutely amazed that they were able to run wiring without cutting big trenches. They removed very little drywall, and reinstalled everything possible, usually using the same pieces of drywall that they cut out. The track lighting system in the dining room was tricky to install, and Autumn sent a "track lighting expert" for half a day to figure it out. I'm amazed at the results!

The technician Ivan arrived on time and worked efficiently to do all the work that he could do in the four hours allotted. He finished replacing all the outlet receptacles and the light switches on the first floor, but needs to return for the second floor of the house. He was very professional.

We were thoroughly pleased with the work and professionalism of Autumn Electric. I did not get any other estimates so don't know if this is in the ballpark price wise. The work took less time than estimated, which is fine with us. We had a hiccup with one of our circuit breakers during the project which Autumn Electric replaced. The next day Rick called to say he had conferred with his colleagues about the replacement breaker switch. The consensus was that the replacement switch might end up being a dud, so could he come by with a different switch that afternoon. Well done, Rick and Tom and Autumn Electric.

The outlets in the bathrooms went dead. I checked the GFCI and it was not tripped, checked the circuit breaker and it also was not tripped. Looked all over for a reason for the circuit to be shot and then gave up! Emailed Autumn Electric and expected to wait a week or two for a response but the next day they called and scheduled the work for the following day arriving between 12:30 and 1:30. Pat arrived at about 1:15 and for the next 45 minutes we both went all over the circuit and through the house searching for the missing GFCI which he had decided was the only reason for the dead circuit. I was about to tell him to go ahead and re-wire the bathrooms when he noticed the missing GFCI! It was hidden between the cabinet and the bathtub, about 2 feet from the floor and behind the shower curtain! Once he reset that GFCI everything worked fine again and I had him REMOVE that GFCI and put a blank plate over the box. Then he installed the 3way switch in the garage. DONE!

When I called, we set up an appointment date and time for early the following week. Ivan showed up on time. He knew what he was doing, worked in a fast efficient manor and cleaned up after the job was finished. He was friendly. He had to disconnect the whole ceiling fan to find the loose wire in the ceiling box. I trust this outfit and would hire them again.
