Perfect. We found Autumn on Angie's list - the comments definitely were true. The service folks were professional, super punctual, and we hope to continue with Autumn Electric whenever we have the need for their services.

Excellent. They showed up when they said they would. They paid attention to the details right down to the color of the switch plates. And they gave me good advice on the bulbs to use in various locations. In a prior job, they put a wall sconce in a position that had a vent running between the sconce and the electrical outlet. It was amazing that Phil figured out how to do that one. They aren't the cheapest, but I have tried using others and regretted it with sub par work.

THE PHONE CALL FOR THE SERVICE REQUEST WAS HANDLED IN A RESPONSIVE AND PROFESSIONAL MANNER. FROM THE DESCRIPTION OF WHAT I NEEDED DONE, THE ESTIMATE WAS PROVIDED OVER THE PHONE AND WAS ACTUALLY LESS WHEN THE SERVICE WAS PERFORMED. THE ELECTRICIAN WAS PUNCTUAL, PROFESSIONAL AND VERY CAREFUL OF THE EXTERIOR SURROUNDINGS, AS WELL AS INDOORS. THE ELECTRICIAN CLEANED UP THOROUGHLY AFTER BOTH THE OUTSIDE AND INSIDE JOB (AND REMOVED HIS SHOES WHEN WORKING INDOORS-ALTHOUGH I DID NOT REQUIRE THAT DEGREE OF CONCERN).

For both the estimate and work, the Autumn personnel were on time. The electrician, Phil, as he was working on the basement wiring fixed a few other problems.

We were thrilled with outcome. Many of these items were long outstanding, some were the result of poor workmanship by another electrical contractor years ago. After researching electricians on Angie's List, we called Autumn Electric and spoke with Darryl. He was very clear in outlining their fee schedule and set up an appointment for their technician, Chris, to give on-site estimate and start work. Chris arrived early and worked steadily for hours. Our outside pole light had not worked for years. A lighting contractor had suggested some years earlier that an electrical connection to the house was broken and a new line would have to be dug and laid. Chris identified that the problem was a malfunctioning light sensor on the pole which he replaced. He also replaced the light and the two coach lights by the door (provided by us). Track lighting installed years earlier by a chain electrical contractor had never performed properly. After it was turned on, after 15 or 30 seconds, the lighting went out. A handyman earlier in the year thought it might be a transformer. Chris identified that it was a load issue and if we took off one light, everything performed as we wished. We had purchased the outside security light years ago. Chris installed it with a motion sensor and an inside toggle switch. Chris was able to suggest a replacement for an incredibly noisy bathroom fan and where to purchase it. He installed it after purchase and peace has come to our house. Chris was very conscious about cleaning up debris. He worked for hours to ensure the job was finished to our satisfaction. Some reviewers felt Autumn was expensive. We felt that we received excellent value because we were happy with the outcome, unlike our experiences with other vendors in the past.

They did a great job. I had forgotten to tell them about the light fixture and they still put it in without changing the estimate. They were very respectful and cleaned up after themselves.

They called me back right away, came on the day and correct time they were supposed to. Their estimate for the pool, they gave me a discount because of Angie's list. He spent a longer time than he planned on, and he didn't charge me more, he stuck to his estimate. I felt like they were working in my best interest.

The service was excellent. I couldn't ask for anything better. they did a first rate job. They did arrive on time and are very kind and polite. I would highly recommend them and i would used them again.

Called and was given a work time window of 10 AM - 12 PM. Chris arrived promptly at 10:05 AM and worked efficiently to remove the old lights and install the new lights. Easily installed the new timer switch. He disposed of the old lights.

Excellent. One of the most professional companies I have ever dealt with. In addition, Dave took the time to explain our system to me.

I bought a foreclosure home and the home inspector said there was a short circuit to the A/C so I called Autumn Electric. I scheduled a time with them to come out and when it came to the day for them to come out, they called because there was a cancellation and they moved my time. He didn't have all the parts he needed to complete the task so he went to a hardware store to pick up what he needed and returned to finish the job. He did not charge me for the time he was gone. He was very good and very professional and I would use them again.

I've had 3 electrical companies service my house and was looking for an electrician I could count on and for all calls. Finally, I found Autumn Electric and will continue to call them for all future work. They were easy to contact, kept to the time slot, and were very professional. Turns out the outlet behind the washing machine was painted over and once the paint was removed with a screw driver, works just fine. The ceiling fan, crawl space outlet all work just fine.

They did excellent work and showed up on time and did the work quickly. I did question their price. So they called me and explained why the price was what it is. They were very professional.

Autumn Electric was willing to help me on very short notice. The electrician who came out to the house was excellent -- very competent, very professional, and very efficient at doing all of the items on the to-do list.

The estimator was knowledgeable and prompt, our questions about the work were answered in detail, work was scheduled promptly. The electrician arrived on time, told us what to expect in terms of power outage, completed work in a timely fashion. Price was significantly lower than other estimates. We are very satisfied.

I called to request that someone look at our attic fan for possible replacement. I left a message and within minutes my call was returned by a very polite man. I was told that a repairman would be available the next morning as there had been a cancellation. Suggested time for the job was 1- 1 1/2 hours. The appointment was set-up for 8 AM. The repairman was in front of my home by 7:45AM. Knocked on the door at 8 AM sharp. Rick informed me that he would try to save us some dollars and see if he only needed to replace a motor. Turns out the entire fan needed replacing and all this was accomplished in 45 minutes. A very respectful man who obviously is an expert in his field. I was given a sizable discount due to mentioning I had found this company on Angie's List. Where has this company been all these years when I have paid through the nose for mediocre service. A definite repeat and I will spread the word. Thanks, Angie's List and Autumn Electric for a more than pleasant experience.

We blew a circuit while vacuuming one day that cut power to the outlets in 3 or 4 rooms in the house. The outlet the vacuum was plugged into tested fine, so we spent several hours attempting to identify which outlet on the circuit had the problem, to no avail. In desperation, and fearing that an electrician would charge us a fortune to track down the faulty circuit, we consulted Angie's List and decided on Autumn Electric. The electrician came out and within minutes was able to trace the faulty wiring to an older electrical outlet in a bathroom down the hall from the original outlet. He replaced the outlet and confirmed that there were no other problems with the circuit.

They were very professional, they were very helpful and responsive. They were on time and prompt. I would recommend them to others and I would use them again.

The owners came to look at jobs and gave an estimate. The work was scheduled and two electricians came for the jobs. The circuit to the garage had to be run on exterior wall to attic and back down to garage. All work completed. Excellent job. It took longer than expected but that did not impact the price. Even gave an Angie's List discount.

The serviceman was fantastic. He showed up right on time, was very knowledgeable, and allowed me to watch what he was doing, and to talk to him about what was going on. Although this was probably a very easy job, as I supplied the fixtures and the serviceman installed them, I was very impressed with his professionalism and will definitely use Autumn Electric again, because I have some additional indoor work that needs to be done. I'd also like to add that, when I called to schedule an appointment a few days ago, the gentleman who answered was also very professional and polite, something I value as a female. I am very, very tired of being talked down to by males who presume I am inferior to them, and that was not the case at all for either of the gentlemen from Autumn with whom I dealt. Thanks, Angie's List, for recommending this company, but most of all, thanks, Autumn Electric, for a job well done. You definitely have a return customer!

Chris arrived early and he went to work without delay. Over three hours of work and he never seemed to take a break. I've had workmen at the house who were paid hourly, but stop frequently to answer phone calls. Not Chris. He worked diligently and ensured that the fixtures were at the appropriate height. He cleaned up after finishing.

I originally received an estimate in 1/08 after calling and getting a quick response to my request for an estimate. The estimator was professional and seemed highly competent. When I got around to scheduling the work several months later, the company was kind enough to honor the winter discount they offered after the estimate, even though I had the work done in the beginning of June. I had to wait less than 2 weeks after calling to schedule the work and getting it done. There were two workers who completed the work in 1 and 1/2 days. The lead electrician, Pat, was clearly very competent and was in charge of the work. He did highly competent work and was professional throughout--consulting with me as we went along. We are very pleased with everything--even the holes in the ceilings and walls were neatly closed up (we will need to hire someone to repair them to pre-work status). No problems have arisen since the work was done. We will absolutely hire them again for any future work.

I have been using their services for about five years. It went great. They worked all day and never complained. They are friendly and professional.

Called to see if someone could install and/or relocate about 15 fixtures for us (including some rather intricate custom outdoor lanterns from New Orleans). They were able to send someone within 24 hours. Our general contractor couldn't get our electrician (the one who made thousands of dollars wiring the house) to come back and hang our final fixtures. Autumn was efficient, did a lovely job, and were incredibly professional. I would use them again in a heartbeat.
