I was informed that the electrician would be late because of a difficult job before mine. Everything else went very smoothly. Pat showed his knowledge and experience, particularly in the way he diagnosed and solved the cable-routing problem. I can strongly recommend Autumn for professionalism and quality.

I called and set the appointment and was quickly called back to ensure they had the right make/model of circuit breaker on hand if that turned out to be the problem that I described. Rick was very punctual -- called ahead as I had asked and was on time and expeditiously troubleshot the problem. Checked all sources of the problem. I would definitley use them again. Extremely professional company.

The two man team arrived right as scheduled and were really, really professional. It was pouring rain the day of the job and they worked through it to install two outdoor outlets. They replaced old and worn out circuit breakers with no charge and had excellent knowledge of electrical code and standards. One of the workers stayed late in an attempt to decipher the wiring in the house and unfortunately was stumped. Despite that he was very professional and completed all of the tasks as assigned. I was very impressed by the companies quick responses for an estimate and subsequent work. I highly recommend them and would gladly higher them in the future.

Rick was very professional, arrived on time and understood what we wanted Autumn Electric to do. He took notes of location for the multi-box receptacles that we wanted and lengths of cable required for the job. By the middle of the day he emailed the estimate. We plan to have another estimate before we do the work for comparison, but we have used Autumn Electric before and probably will use them again!

Chris was on time. He was friendly enough. He put down a cloth tarp so that there would be no mess. He put in a much better box. Chris even offered to put the chandelier back up for me since I hadn't used up the required hour of time yet. I allowed him to do this and he did a great job. I would use these guys again without hesitation.

They did an amazing job working with a contractor who was challenging to work with. They were responsive with last minute scheduling over the holidays and remained flexible to last minute changes and additional requests.

The owner of Autumn Electric ended up coming for this appointment and was very prompt, helpful and both my husband I felt VERY comfortable with his work ethic and integrity. He was very helpful in explaining concerns we had and what we needed on that particular day. We will definitely have them back and will recommend them to anyone.

Chris arrived early and immediately got to work after listening to my "to do" list. He worked quickly and efficiently and ended up charging me less than the original estimate even though he replaced a couple outlets that were not originally discussed. I found him polite, professional and very skilled in his work.

Everything was great. They pointed out some work we'll need to have done in the future but didn't try to "sell" us on additional services.

Autumn was very responsive. They were very good. They were friendly and professional. The pricing was very reaonable. Much better price than other companies I've used before.

Excellent response to every call including working out the price. Autumn Electric is more expensive than the competition but without a doubt they are worth it. They were able to install four rooms, 18 total lights in one day. I have already recommended them to several friends and family members.

The service they provided was very good.

I called to schedule an appointment on Monday and had someone had my house the next day. Very timely. The technician arrived and we discussed what we wanted done. I thought the work could have been done more expeditiously (nearly 3 hours to install an overhead light in a closet and a dimmer switch for a ceiling fan) but the results are great and everything works so it's hard to complain too much. We had asked that the technician perform a general inspection of the house since we recently purchased it, but it was after 5pm when he finished the 2 primary projects so we didn't have a chance to have that completed. Perhaps next time.

They had to send a different guy since the guy that was supposed to come called in sick but it went good.

This is a great company. They arrived on time, were very helpful and showed absolutely no annoyance when my husband and I changed our minds about the layout of the lights. They did excellent work, very quickly for what we considered a reasonable price.

They were able to come over within several days of my call to look at my system and give me a quote; they were not very verbose about what was needed initially, but sent me a quote via email quickly. The electricians who did the work were very professional, experienced, friendly, and courteous. It was an excellent experience overall, a great company to work with. Highly recommended.

The gentleman was prompt and did the work required, but I had to go behind him and clean up. He left large sections of wire and drywall on the floor in front of every outlet and switch he replaced. Which if I had a baby I would have been very concerned that the child would have picked something and put it in their mouth.

The Autumn Electric office called me back promptly and discussed pricing with me over the phone. The appointment was scheduled quickly. The two electricians were on time and very courteous throughout the job. They discussed with me the options for moving the lamp and were responsive to my questions and suggestions. They had to move some wooden paneling inside my house and drill through masonry, but when the job was completed, they vacuumed up all the debris inside my house and in the shed/unfinished basement area. The lamp looks great and the whole transaction was performed quickly and with minimum fuss.

It was completely fantastic. Rick is the greatest. He explains things if you want to hear them and teaches you interesting little facts about your house if you are interested. The office staff is always pleasant and polite and beyond reproach. They are timely in their responses.

They did a good job. They returned my call promptly and they showed up when they said they would. I think their fee was pretty reasonable comparatively.

They ran on time, on budget, and communicated professionally the entire time through. My hat off to Darryl and David in particular, who both demonstrate levels of customer service that you don't often see in customer service, much less a contractor.

They sent someone to give me an estimate. They were conscienctious and did not leave any mess. The guys that they sent were wonderful. They were on time, polite, neat and tidy. We got a 5% discount for being Angie's List members.

Autumn was initially called for the relocation of the laundry room from the main level to the basement and installation of new GFI outlets in the kitchen on a newly purchased 20 year old home. As the year progressed we have called them at least 2 other times for various other upgrades to the house. Each time the response is within a couple of days and we always get the same tech. This has proven to be very convenient since he now knows our house fairly well.

Very well. They returned my call promptly, gave me a very straightforward estimate; The gentleman came out when they promised, they communicated with me, and the did the work promptly, and very neatly. They were very cooperative, and I didn't have to wait long at all for them to do the work (we were on a relatively tight deadline). All in all, I intend to use them again for some additional work.

The job was done professionally, on time and within the price as quoted. Jeff was the lead person on the work and he and Emil were very fast and kept us informed as the worked progressed. They used drop cloths to keep the dirt contained and do an excellent job of cleaning. I will not hesitate to use them again.
