The quality of their work was good. Their price was reasonable.

When I called for service, the company answered the phone, and they set up an appointment for me right away. They even offered me same day service, but I chose an early appointment for a couple days later which better suited my schedule. On the day of service, the electrician, Tom arrived right on time. He addressed all problems adequately and promptly. He was also very helpful with some questions I had regarding the outlets in our house.

It was a mess before. I couldn't vacuum. Somebody else said that the work was impossible. This company said that it wouldn't be a problem. They fixed it quite easily. I would recommend them to anybody. They are also going to install some track lighting.

Everything went really well. He was very professional. He laid down a dropcloth in my tub. I had a new fixture to put in, but he said the old one just needed to be remounted. The price seems fairly normal.

The electricians were great. They arrived on time. They ensured that they kept my home clean, even on my white carpet. They considered the placement of the outlet. Used a tape measurer to ensure that the outlet was properly centered. They ran the wire from a location that kept them from doing any collateral damage. They found problems in a switch bank from which they ran the wire. The switches were not properly grounded. They fixed the grounding wires and properly wrapped the wires in the bank of switches. Everything was done within the time allotted and at no additional charge. They even helped me to put a stand on my T.V. and lift it onto a piece of furniture until I can get it mounted. (I have just moved into my new home and the T.V. is too bulky for me to lift.)

They were very responsive and friendly and did the work quickly. They had a truck in the area when I called so the electrician was able to simply swing my and do my job upon completion of his earlier job. My only girpe is that they charged the full amount for a service visit, even though they were in the area and the job took five minutes. On the other hand, the electrician did show me how to do the work myself for next time.

They have always been right on time. They come out when they say that they are going too. They are always polite on the phone. The guys who come out are all helpful and willing to take their time to explain what they are doing. It seems to me that their prices are reasonable.

I called four different services and their price was in the mid range. They were highly rated. They came when they said they would. They improved one of my outlets and used longer screws to help with an upcoming tile project. They talked me through it and I was very happy.

The whole experience was perfect from beginning to end. They gave me a firm price over the phone when I called since it was a pretty standard job. They scheduled the work within a week. They showed up early, got right to work, and were done before lunch. They cleaned up after themselves completely. Both gentlemen that performed the work were courteous and professional throughout. I can't imagine how it could have gone better. I could have saved a few bucks going elsewhere, but being able to have the peace of mind to just sit back, drink my coffee and know that everything's going to be perfect is worth it.

They came out and replaced the outlet for my other property that I was renting out and they were wonderful. They checked the wiring because I wanted to make sure everything was fine. I checked with the tenants about the timing so that we could agree on the time they could come out and that worked out.

They are very honest. If they don't do it right, they will come right back and fix it at no charge and apoligize for the inconvienence.

This was a totally satisfactory experience. Starting with setting the appointment and establishing a price. Autumn sent a two man team. The lead electrician, Pat, was a total pro who provided great insights when it became evident that the fans I purchased were not going to be the best for the rooms. While I sped off to exchange the ceiling fans, the team continued to prep and to complete the gable fan installation. While we purchased Casablanca fans, we did experience some intermittent noise and vibration days after the job was completed. One call to Autumn and within a very reasonable time, Pat returned to troubleshoot the fans and worked for almost 2 hours reassembling the light kits to fix the problem. This additional time was addressed as warranty work and no additional charges were requested. Any future electrical work I require will involve Autumn Electric.

For the service on 6/29, I called at 615 am, spoke to a very polite person who scheduled a technician for a one-hour window that afternoon. While the technician was 45 minutes late, it was hard to complain with a 1 hour time window. He fixed the problem, explaining as he went. The previous experiences were equally as positive.

electrician 'Chris' came on time, was polite and competent. Answered all questions i asked and mentioned that i might need additional work done on panel. I called and scheduled free estimate and 2nd master electrician 'Rick' came and inspected. Bottom line: he could have tried to sell me a couple of thousand $ of work that i don't need (new circuit panel) and he didn't!

They did a great job. It was a real tricky job because we have high ceilings. They were able to do an amazing job and they finished it fast. I was very happy with their services.

First off, they were able to put me into that same day's schedule(!) - AND, he arrived early! And he was great, really knew what to look for, and was able to chase down the problem and fix it and give me good advice. Plus, they're all local.

After reading reviews on Angie's list, I called them to set up a weekend appointment. They typically don't do weekend appointments, but I was pressed for time and had a hazardous situation going on with smal children involved. So, they scheduled me for 8 am on a Saturday! How nice! They showed up on time, and worked so fast that I was able to sqeeze in a few other "honey do" items that were on my list within the hour allotted. The technition did damage a wooden piece of furniture by accident, but after contacting the company, they offered to reimburse me for the furniture repair expenses. I thought the price per hour was kinda high, but interpeted this to mean that they charge a premium for weekend service. All in all, I was very happy with the level of customer service and professionalism and will call them back again.

Very positive experience overall. The owner came out to give an estimate within a few days of my call. His estimate was very reasonable compared to the others I received. The office manager called the day after I accepted the bid, and we were able to schedule the work less than a week later. They were able to schedule the job around my work schedule as well. The electricians (Jeff & Al) showed up on time, confirmed every detail of the job with me, and got to work. They were pleasant and professional, and did a great job of cleaning up as they went along. The work took about a day and a half. When they were done, Jeff went over everything with me, so I could show the county inspector what he needed to see. The office manager scheduled the county inspection so it would not conflict with my work schedule, and even called me the morning of the inspection to let me know that the inspector was on his way. Excellent customer service.

They were great. They were on time and fast doing everything we asked them to do. We were not home when they came to do the job, and they were good about calling if they had questions about anything. Generally, they were great cleaning up well after the job was finished I did not have any problems.

It went unexpectadly well. The gentleman that came out may be a manager or partners. He alluded to the fact that he does not usually make house calls but they had no one else. The experience was excellent. He was able to diagnosis the problem quickly. He was very knowledgeable. He made the repair quickly and made additional repairs that affected the problems. He re-wired four additional outlets because they affected the one. Most places would have charged but he did not. He went above and beyond.

They were scheduled to arrive between 12:30 - 1:30 PM, at 12:31 they were here. Their man came in and went straight to work after I showed him where it was to go. A short period later he had to go for a part and said he was going to grab lunch. Within a half an hour he was back and finished the job. He cleaned everything up very nicely, loaded all of his equipment and came in with the bill. He ask if I wanted to inspect the job before I paid. It looked great, I paid him and he was off to the next job. They were fair,prompt, and punctual. Great Job!

I like everything about them. They were professional, responsive and prompt. One of their electricians was in the area and had timing between jobs, so he came out. He was very nice, pleasant and came when he said he would. He was extremely competent, thorough and careful. Their prices were worth the service we got.

Chris was punctional, courteous and professional. Installation required some unforseen carpentry work before the new fan could be installed but this was handled nicely, with no problem. Since more labor/prep time was involved, cost was slightly higher than the phone estimate.
