Olivio Hernandez arrived exactly on time and finished moving the head in about 20 minutes. He used the rest of the time to adjust other sprinkler heads on my system. He was professional, on time and performed the service well. He provided a printed invoice.

Note that I have already have written a report to you on this company. It always showed up on time, did professional work, never quit until I was 100% satisfied, came back when necessary to fix issues as things were used, and were easy to work with in every possible way.

Outstanding. The entire process from initial contact to the final visit was superb. I had an existing irrigation system that was destroyed as a result of construction equipment used to build a new addition and patio. I called Affordable (because Angie's List marked them high) and set up a visit for a quote. They came out the next day. We agreed that the best option was to start over with a new system. Affordable gave me a very good price and the system was installed five days later. The layout Affordable did provides much better coverage than my previous system (not installed by Affordable) where I had dry spots. A couple days after the installation, a rep from Affordable came out to the house and took his time ensuring the system worked to my satisfaction and that I understood how to work it. A very complete and customer focus. I am a very happy customer! I very strongly recommend Affordable Lawn Sprinklers and Lighting to anyone who need an irrigation system.

These guys were great! They were the only irrigation company that answered the phones (instead of going to voicemail) and were extremely courteous and helpful over the phone. Received an exact time for estimate appointment and received a phone call to let me know they'd be 10 minutes late. Estimate was fair and thorough. Scheduled work, workers arrived on time, did a fantastic job, and cleaned up after themselves. Couldn't even tell the turf had been dug up by the time they left. Installation only took about 3-4 hours. A couple of days after installation they came by to give me instructions and walk me through how to operate the system. Everything works great! I called a few other companies to get estimates (all recommended on Angie's List) and it was like pulling teeth to get phone calls returned. And this was in the dead of winter, when they couldn't have been too busy...

Within a day or two he followed up with a written proposal. For the actual installation, Affordable's crew arrived as scheduled. They quickly and efficiently installed the irrigation system. The crew boss also showed me the general settings in the control panel. The new irrigation system is functioning well.

The crew boss also showed me how to set the timer in the control panel. The new lights are functioning well and add beautiful curb appeal (plus safety) to our home's exterior.

I hired Affordable Lawn Sprinklers installed my sprinkler system two years ago and I have been very satisfied with the company. I met with 2 other companies and chose them for many reasons. First, I was dealing with the owner from the start which is always the best. Second, they specialize in residential lawn sprinklers, are established and I felt they were a good balance of not being too small nor too large. Whenever I call their office with questions or concerns, someone answers the phone or calls me right back. Last year, I broke one of the rotor heads and they still repaired it under warranty which was awesome. Lastly, their price was very fair considering the quality of the installation and their ongoing service which makes my life easier. I highly recommend this company!

We have a medium size house in Arlington and we were interested in some outdoor lighting. Their designer (who is also the owner) worked with me to design a lighting system for the front of my house and also surrounding my patio. They also have a vast selection of lighting fixtures to choose from but it isn?t overwhelming. The sales/design process was very easy and comforting, I didn?t feel the pressure to sign on the spot like some other companies have made me feel. Plus the designer is very artistic, I looked at his portfolio and it was breathtaking. Even though they have done ridiculously large projects, they are happy to do any size project. The end result is awesome, my wife and I are very happy with our lights. We highly recommend this company!

Affordable provided quote for a cost effective system designed to address some challenging issues. They installed as promised after several expected rain delays. The system has been working flawlessly. They returned a week or so after installation to reveiw the programming of the unit after I had a chance to become familiar with it. The installers were courteous and hard working. I highly recommend Afforable.

Reed was a top professional from start to finish. The crew did an excellent job with the installation. The crew boss gave me an overview of the Rainbird control panel. Because the system was installed in November, the crew immediately winterized the system. In May 2009 Affordable returned and started up the irrigation system. Since then the sprinklers are working well and our new landscaping looks awesome. In fact, the plants grew so much that Reed returned to adjust the sprinkler heads to be sure everything continues to be getting good water coverage. :-) We plan to hire Affordable to install an irrigation system around the side and front of our house in September 2009.

The wife and I looked at a few different companies before choosing this one. We also had heard stories from friends that problems with their sprinkler system and even had companies give us quotes based on a preset minimum before even looking at the property, but not so with Affordable. A few things that impressed me was the level of professionalism and the willingness to work with me on design and budget. The owner came to the house on time, which was great, to go over the project and lighting options. After the contract was signed they called to setup the installation both with the plumber and irrigation/lighting crews. The day of the install went very smoothly and I can not say enough about the quality job that was done. We had just installed $10k worth of landscaping the day before and the lighting and irrigation crews did an excellent job working around and with the new landscaping. No plants/trees/scrubs or rock walls were damaged. I was amazed how quickly everything came together and how hidden everything was. I could not even tell where the crews had to dig to install the pipes and wires in the lawn. I was almost like magic. After the install, the owner once again called and came by the house to demonstrate the system and make sure we were happy with the job. I love my sprinkler lighting system. I would definitely recommended affordable lawn sprinkler to my friends and look forward to working with them again.

I looked at 3 different companies and they weren’t the cheapest but I have just heard so many horror stories from friends at work who have had nothing but problems with their sprinkler system like leaks, water not hitting parts of the yard, crummy service after installation, etc. One thing I really liked was my designer is one of the owners and they are a local business. My wife and I intend to stay in our house for a long time and quality is very important to us. We are very busy and we don’t have the time or patience to take time off work for unnecessary repairs. After we signed up, they sent us a nice starter kit that confirmed they received our deposit and we were on their install list. A couple weeks later, someone contacted us to to schedule our installation. The morning of our installation, the project manager Peter, arrived around 8 o’clock in the morning and walked me around the property and reviewed my design and answered all of questions. (the guy was even wearing a uniform)...funny how the little things give you comfort. I left to run some errands and when I returned for lunch, they were already finished and cleaning up. I had some minor messy spots in my grass from where they installed the pipes but other than that, it looked great, especially when I turned it on! A couple weeks later, I noticed one of my rotor heads wasn’t rotating in the right direction so I called their service folks. They sent someone out to replace it. I love my sprinkler system, one of the best investments I have made in my house, my plants and grass have never looked better. I would and have recommended affordable lawn sprinkler to many of my friends.

Reed was the Affordable Lawn Sprinklers & Lighting representative. He showed up on time for the initial meeting to discuss the landscape architects design. Reed was very professional and offered some excellent suggestions on lighting fixtures and placement. He quickly put together a cost estimate and worked around the landscaper’s schedule. The installation went very smoothly. Specifically, the installers showed up on schedule and did the job quickly and efficiently. The lead installer was very polite and showed me how to set the lighting timer. Before, during, and after the installation, Reed responded quickly to all my email and phone questions.

They took care of everything very quickly. The lawn looked very good even after they had to tear out a few pieces. They called a few weeks later to make sure it was doing ok. They fixed any minor problems I was having.
