Description of Work: I had requested estimate from Affordable for sprinkler system. They responded almost immediately to my phone request and were more than willing to accomodate my request for me to not have to take a day off from work to meet the guy at the houes to come up with an estimate. The estimate was provided within the timeframe I was promised. After review of the estimate, i secured them for the job. They also laid additional lines/sprinkler heads without adding any additional cost. With the final walk through, I ok'd everything, only then was the final payment due. I have a very shady area that had little grass, but with landscaping had shrubs that were not getting enough water. I called Joe about a month later and he sent someone out to meet me on my day off. The guy spent quite a while adjusting things, added an additional line and sprinkler head - all at no additional cost! I just got a call to schedule the winterization! They are great! My neighbor recommended them and another neighbor and I scheduled together. Affordable has several customers in my neighborhood. Thanks so much, Affordable!

Description of Work: Affordable Sprinkler and Lighting were a pleasure to work with. They came out quickly and delivered me an estimate that was both fair and could be tweaked to meet my budget. There were no hidden costs. 2 weeks later I had a 7 man crew show up and bang out the work in less than 5 hours. Their foreman double checked everything with me and made sure I knew how it worked before he left. Nothing was damaged, grass looked good and the lights look fantastic. Overall a great experience and someone I recommend using again.

Description of Work: I had my irrigation system installed by Ryan and Reed when they were only in business a few months. What made me use them, and I continue to use them, is there honesty and their worth ethic. They did an excellent job with the design and installation and continue doing a great job maintaining the system.

Description of Work: We had a six zone system put in and the price was the best after working with four other companies. Very impressed with workers and I was shocked they were done by noon! They sent a tech a week later to adjust the heads and go over the system and he was excellent! Very good experience and my lawn looks normal after 3 weeks! You got to see the machine they use. i cannot say enough about these guys. Thanks

Description of Work: Service was outstanding.. for starters they answer the phone.. WOW... Made an appointment to turn on my sprinkler system. I just bought the house so i knew nothing about the system although i had a system in my previuos home, so not totally ignorant.. Service associate arrived on time and found a crack in the backflow valve. He did not have the part so..had to order and return. Made a follow up appointment for the following week. Arrived exactly as promised. Different associate this time. Edgardo I think his name is.. and he was outstanding. Fixed the backflow valve, had to replace one head and repair another. Gave me an in depth tutorial on the system functions and how to set the watering times etc.. A really super knowledgeable, efficient,personable,professional. Use these guys ..you won't be sorry...

Description of Work: Joe Clemen's came to my home a couple of weeks ago. Inspected my out door lighting and told me what need to be repaired/replaced. He came back today with a co-worker Edgardo. They were both very professional and honest. He recycled some heads and replaced others along with rewiring. He also worked on sprinkling system which had been off for two years. He left with some recommendations, again fair and honest.

Description of Work: Called to get an estimate for irrigation system installation. Talked to Reed who explained that they were very busy and our property was located outside their service area, so that anything they would do would be more expensive and not in our timeframe. He was very helpful in providing names and contact info for two other companies that he thought would serve our area at a reasonable price.

Description of Work: Called to get a quote on repairing/replacing existing irrigation and adding additional irrigation. Individual answering phone was not able to take information without putting me on hold to ask a question of someone else there as to whether they even did this. Asked if AM appt. would work for me for a specific day, which it did, but was told I would be called the day prior with the time for the morning. Received an automated call the day before with a 3 hour window for the afternoon, not the morning. When they called back to reschedule, there was hesitation, but they said they could do morning but couldn't give me any better than a 3 hour window. A 3 hour window is rough when it is a service call, a 3 hour window for a sales call is ridiculous!!!!!
