+ -1 moreMy son slammed the laptop shut while my daughter threw her bead necklace in there and as a result broke up all my screen and cracked the frame. I contacted ABCI and was told to bring laptop in. With delay in product delivery which was not in their control, all in all it took 8 business days to return my laptop in perfect condition. I am very satisfied. As a bonus he has cleaned my computer and it works even better than before. Thank you ABCI.
