Description of Work: My wife and I found this company in the Shepherd pages. Friendly enough on the phone and from what I recall the price for what we wanted (painting our garage door) was reasonable. He contracted the job out to a subcontractor who did a pretty good job at the technical aspect. However, as part of the job, he did something to our garage door and now it won't work. He tried to explain what he did but unfortunately, he no habla Englise. Anyway, tried numerous times to call the guy at Ace to explain the problem and to get it fixed. We never received a call back. Reported him to the BBB and not suprisingly they have heard nothing from him in response. Bummer to report him as the painting job was actually pretty good. All we wanted him to do was fix the garage door so we could use it.
