Tom Ward is a personable individual who took great time and interest in understanding my needs and concerns while explaining the sales process. During the time as my listing agent, he maintained the highest degree of professionalism and used his extensive real estate knowledge and creativity to put me at ease when challenging issues arose. Tom even went above and beyond on more than one occasion; something I had not experienced with other real estate agents. Throughout this process I gained the utmost respect for Tom and I would highly recommend him.

Tom Ward is the go to agent......we have worked with other agents before and we can say he isn't just interested in getting the contract to sell your property. He is with you throughout the whole process. If you are buying he will spend endless hours trying to find the right fit for your needs.

There are so many things that I would like to write about my experience with Tom. Five years ago, when I was single I bought my first home. A friend had referred me to him and told me he was amazing at what he did. The experience was something I have never forgot. We had such a good time looking at properties together, we even became good friends. A few years passed and I have a family now. My husband and I started dreaming of owning a home that we could call "ours." Naturally we called Tom to help us make our dream a reality. Before we started looking at propertiesTom worked with me on several occasions sharing information and educating me on what the mortgage companies were going to be looking for. He even went as far as recommending a few mortgage brokers to look into that had different styles of approach towards financing. My husband and I gave Tom a list of the important things we wanted in a house. A safe neighborhood, good schools, number of bedrooms, etc... Tom was able to filter out all of our requirements and we found a beautiful house that was "practically perfect in every way" for us. The house was a short sale, certainly no match for Tom since he has had a lot of experience dealing with short sales and foreclosures. We, however, did not have a typical short sale experience. We ran into several issues (not realtor related) that required a lot of finesse to deal with. Tom Ward is a very patient man and he is able to deal with any obstacle that is put in front of him. He handled every situation professionally and with respect. Our friendship aside, I would definitely without a doubt work with Tom again in the future. Despite that "Murphy's Law" tried to keep us from having our dream home, Tom was a positive driving force. His optimism and knowledge of real estate helped us purchase this home that we absolutely love for our family. This house is ultimately "our twenty year home" so if I don't work with Tom again, I would absolutely recommend him to a friend. My husband and I are very blessed to have him help us on our journey to realizing our dream.

Our realtor is Melanie Curry. Overall it is going very good. Melanie has had several open houses for us. She has a lot of energy and is very easy to deal with. She is always available. Her services have been excellent. I can reach her 24 hours a day. She has put a lock box on our front door so other realtors can bring their clients through our house. We have had loads of walk-thrus. Their price is average, with Melanie getting 6%.
