+ -1 moreEric and Stephanie were very responsive to our initial calls and Eric spent a significant amount of time and effort with us, defining and reviewing options and helping us select the right system. He identified some issues with our existing plenum and ductwork and solved these at minimum cost to us. He was also the only contractor to tell us we had an existing humidifier, which his team repaired and put in operation for us. They were quick to get the system installed during a heat wave and despite a bad thermostat out of the first box, they got it running until the thermostat could be replaced. Great service, highly recommended.

Description of Work: Our old geothermal unit needed replacing. I got 4 bids, including some for traditional heat pumps. The folks at Rymans were all you could ask for in a heating/A.C. contractor. Eric, the owner was very professional and up front. He gave me 4 proposals. We decided on a Carrier geothermal. Installation was timely and their crew was great. Stephanie is in charge of the office part of the business. She is also great to work with. All in all, very satisfied.

+ -1 moreRyman's replaced the air handler in my attic, heat pump and replaced all 1989 duct work as well. Very professional and kept the place clean, very clean. Responded to all questions quickly. Have nothing negative to report. Would recommend to anyone needing service.

Description of Work: I recently converted a garage to a dwelling and contracted with Ryman's Inc to install the heating and air conditioning. I was totally satisfied with the price, their ability and desire to perform the work and the punctuality with which it was all completed. This was not an easy installation because the space under the floor was tight but their technicians were able to do all that was needed and completed the work in the time requested. The system has been working for several months now and I am completely satisfied. This was not the first job that Ryman's has done for me. They installed a new system in my own home a few years back and have always been available when I needed service or guidance with that system. I would not even consider using anyone else for my HVAC needs.
