+ -1 moreThis n' That Amish Outlet Owner Steve Payne & his team made several site visits to our property over a 2-month period from the original estimate and planning phase through various stages up to and including project completion; they were closely involved with us and the project every step of the way. The basic building was delivered late on a Tues afternoon (24 Jun) and the project was completed by 9:00am on Thurs morning (26 Jun). It's abundantly clear the PA-based Amish people build high-quality products and their work ethic, attention-to-detail, and commitment-to-quality were all very evident as we watched them work diligently to add the 2nd story and the roof to the shed. We are very pleased with This n' That Amish Outlet's friendly and professional team (Steve, John, and Kelley), and their partnership with the Amish has resulted in us having a top-notch, attractive, and very functional finished product. Thank you!
Description of Work: We contracted with This n' That Amish Outlet to have delivered, and placed on our property, a 14' x 44' 2-story, vinyl-sided, tongue-and-grooved-floored, equipment shed. The 1st story of the structure was built in Lancaster, PA and then it was transported on a large flat-bed truck to our location. The structure was then carefully off-loaded and maneuvered onto a level, gravel-based pad which had been prepared beforehand by a sub-contractor of This n' That. Then a team of Amish craftsmen from Lancaster took over and added the 2nd story and roof to the shed.
