Suttens Professional Home Inspections

I really appreciated Steves understand of my lack of understanding. He showed up early and while there was a difficulty with the realtor, Steve was helpful with sorting it out. Once the home inspection started he allowed me to walk around with him while he explained what he was looking for and what issues he found, why they would accrue, and perspective on how to fix or have someone fix it. The house was a foreclosure so Steve had to return when the water was turned back on, he was very nice to come back even with his packed schedule and didnt charge for the extra trip. I didnt purchase the house thanks to thorough inspection and detailed notes ( to much work for me at the price they wanted). Important notes about the final report Its digital! ( he can print if you would like but his normal in email) He includes pictures! Everything is well described and pictures included arrows and circles.
