+ -1 moreVery well except that the re-sodding didn't really take. We are still waiting to have that problem solved.
Description of Work: Improve drainage, install stone retaining wall and re-sod-re-seed front lawn.

+ 0 moreMet Charles Thomas at the Fredricksburg Home Show. He cameto discuss the project and gave an estimate the next week. We agreed and gave a downpayment. He said they would begin Monday after Thanksgiving and take a week. It did! He consulted with us about scope and position of bridge and stairs. Workers were prompt, professional and efficient and left no mess. Area is beautiful!
Description of Work: 100 ft of Creek was rip rapped, bank was landscaped with bushes & mulch and masonery brick built over the creek. Stone steps were built from driveway down the hill to the backyard.
