Where to start??? First of all Les Wilson, owner of Lesco Homes has been doing work for us in Southwest Virgina (Floyd, VA) for the last 6 years. He was recommended by Wills Lumber in Floyd. We bought a very large home (4,000 sq ft) in 2007 that wasn't quite finished and doing little by little as we could afford it, Les has brought it up to be beautiful, comfortable and luxurious. Each year we had a goal and Les was the one we trusted to complete it. We first added a/c and heat, then new steps both front and back for a 3 story home, securing all windows and leveling all doors to close and be weather resistant, the addition of a bathroom, completion of the basement including flooring, drywall, ceiling and lighting, finishing the loft with new flooring, finishing the attic to be a bedroom and also adding a window there. The only access we had to this beautiful loft was a pull-down attic access and for 4 yrs, no one could come up with a solution that could connect the existing stair landing to continue to the loft. BUT LES COULD AND DID. We trust him so much that with only pictures and conversations, he was given to the "GO" to do his plan and it is PERFECT. The last project he had was to work with Residential Elevators Inc to complete and finish the existing elevator shaft (currently being used as closets on each of the 3 floors) to accommodate an elevator with phone service, electric, drywall, doorways and platforms. He designed all of it and it passed a very strict inspection. He also helps us by winterizing our home every year and de-winterizing it when we return from Florida. We will be forever grateful for Les and his workers and don't know how we could have accomplished all that has been done at our home without his expertise and perfectionism. It's taken us 6 yrs to share him with you but he really deserves the accolades! We love you, Les!
