Description of Work: Kraft Appliance is wonderful to work with. I had originally called them to service my oven which was 13 years old. It turned out the door latch was broken and no longer a part I could purchase. I researched ovens for a month, and decided to purchase from Kraft vs. a big box store. Even though the cost was a little higher, the service I received to make sure the installation was perfect was exceptional. I also have piece of mind that I can call a local business to service my oven in case I have problems. My next appliance to go is my dishwasher - I will definitely be purchasing that appliance from Kraft also.
