I cannot thank Joe Reedy enough. I had scheduled to have them come and clean my gutters at the end of June....but I was getting some water damage and was literally praying the rain would pass by my house until then. Well the rain did not. I was sitting on my couch this afternoon just about burst into tears because of the rain...and my phone rang. Mr. Reedy's son, Joe, said he realized how bad my situation sounded from my message, and that he had time this afternoon to work me in. It was indeed an answer to a prayer. He asked, would it be ok if I come by this afternoon? I nearly jumped off the sofa and said, "Please, yes, I would love for you to come now!" This man kept at it until he was done, and the rain had started to fall. He was so careful, and so thorough, and I am extremely grateful. I will be having them do all my gutter service from here on. He was professional, and cordial and down to business and he double checked my leaked spots. Thank you, Mr. Joe and Mr. Jack Reedy. God bless you.

I did research on Jack R & Son and saw that they received good reviews. I called and left a message and my call was promptly called back in the evening. Jack and his son were able to come out the next morning and were able to set up a time that was convenient for me. Jack and his son were right on time and Jack was very professional and kind while I explained to him about the rain overflowing in our gutters. I agree to the very fair price and Jack and his son proceeded to clean out our gutters. After cleaning out the gutters, they took time to make sure the deck and front porch were clear from the debris from the gutters. With no pressure, Jack let me know that the gutters on the back of our house were clogged up and gutter guards might help. He gave us 2 options and explained in detailed about both options. I agree to the fair price and they were able to install the gutter guards on the back of the house. I was pleased with their work and would recommend.

I had used Jack R. and Son earlier this spring to clean the gutters on my residence. They did a very good job so I called them when I decided to add gutters to my front porch. Mr. Reedy (Jack) returned my call promptly and we set up a time that worked for both of us. On arrival Mr. Reedy looked over the porch and asked me a few questions regarding how I wanted the gutters placed in relation to the edges of the porch. Once that was decided they went to work and installed the gutters on both sides of the porch. They finished up promptly and had me inspect the work. It looked great but the real test came later that same afternoon when we had a thunderstorm and associated downpour pass over the house. The gutters functioned perfectly and alleviated a lot of the water drainage issues I've been having. Mr. Reedy is a professional and a pleasure to work with. I'll use them again if I ever need gutter services.

About 4 years ago Jack R. & Son installed gutter guards on our home. We have been very pleased with the gutter guards, but had 2 areas where there was some overflow during heavy rains. I called to schedule a cleaning and they were able to get me on the schedule within 3 business days. They came out and cleaned and inspected the gutters and did not charge us for the visit, even though it was 4 years after the installation. I would definitely call them again for gutter work.
