+ 0 moreHe is very good putting together a work crew. He is very conscientious about houses and he really understands how people live in houses. I am extremely pleased with him. We are almost ready to go into some other work with him. The $30,000 included all the parts and it didn’t all go to him. It is not just a project that he does; he understands how the project affects people living in the houses and how people generally use the spaces that he is working on. He has just a very good understanding of people and how we function; it is not just a construction or work project. You do get what you pay for and it is very good quality job.
Description of Work: Lebraque Gerard is our general contractor and he has done a kitchen and a bathroom in our house. He last dismantled, rebuilt and upgraded our bathroom.
