Cavalier Kitchens

They helped us. I went up there and picked out a kitchen and they got me cabinets and stuff. They did not do the actual work on the kitchen cabinet and they did not actually install them but they were just the manufacturers of the cabinet and the installer was a private contractor. Their prices were high when I compare them with other companies but I got what I paid for and the cabinets are beautiful. I am not saying the other companies’ cabinets are not just beautiful but I know these will last and we have a high end kitchen which I wanted and it’s beautiful. I think it wasn’t high for what we paid and I think if we went to other place we would have paid the same price. They were fairly helpful and we sort of decided on what we wanted before we even got up there. They were helpful and let us look and explore for as long as we needed to and they didn’t rush through the process which was good. They were helpful as far as trying to find things that we like and things that matched our vision of the kitchen. I don’t know if this is their fault or contractors because when one of the cabinets was broken we had no explanation whether or not it was going to be fixed or sent to repair or what and I assume that was a part of contract but he should have been informative. There was a lack of communication from the contractor and not the company. They delivered them and were on time and the cabinets came when they said they were going to come. They did their best to try to get us everything at the same time because I know for a while they couldn’t find the counter tops from the place they usually got it from as it was out of stock but they did find a new place to get it which was good so they worked hard to find us what we wanted. The problem was not with the company but with the contractor. There was a miscommunication with the finish of the cabinet. If you are looking at a door or four doors on a showroom floor you might not always know what you are getting and they should have described what the wood was going to be like. They should have been more descriptive about the doors but we love the cabinets. I don’t have anything to compare the price to. Their quality is great.
