This is also two brothers, their wives manage the phones, and the office work and the two brothers go out on calls. I have been using them for about ten years. I do like them. It is a very personal service. The first time I used them, I got their name from consumer checkbook, I was having an issue with my heating system, and they would not quit until they figured out the problem. They literally came back three or four times because we couldn’t figure out what was going on with my heating system and it turned out to be a gas pipe issue outside of the house but they took care of everything. They got the gas company to come out and do what they needed to do and they didn’t charge me for extra visits. They just solved the problem and stuck to it until they fixed it. I always appreciate them. They always come in and tell me what I really need, how long the system will last, and they tell me if I don’t need anything immediately, that they would keep an eye on it. They have always been honest and very fair. They are very responsive. When you call them, obviously, they are both out on calls but they check their voice mail and almost always call me back within an hour or two. What they charged for the last call is about the going rate. The company I used to use got up well over $130 and it was just ridiculous.
